Everything was too close to each other. Bathroom light was very thin. Beds not so comfortable.

great hotel that is resonable

This hotel has everything a expensive hotel has. Continental breakfast, a nice exercise facility, a restaurant and a bar. I didn't check for a pool since I was on a business trip. The staff was very friendly, the food was really good. I would definately stay again.

One night

We only stayed one night, but I couldn't complain about much at all. All in all great place. I did say "couldn't complain much at all" so the only thing that I think could improve would be that the staff members working around the food should of had a hair net by law & the breakfast cold be better, bUT thats just my opinion. Not the dining room that was cool the way it's set up.

Don't waste your money.

The hotel was very noisy. People let their kids run up and down the hallway til after 11 pm. Then at 230 am people came from the bar yelling down the hall. The room was not very well maintained. The ceiling above the shower was bulging and discolored. The faucet was loose and the towel rack was barely attached to the wall and the towels were on the floor. The beds need to be replaced not at all comfortable.

Pool and hot tub were awesome and clean! The Hotel was older but it smelled clean wherever you went!

Dark, dirty hotel only for drunk people

Cons: They could strive for cleanliness, and update the building, as wallpaper was peeling off.
Well for starters, right when you walk in there is the bar with music blaring through the whole building. Then on the way to the room the elevator feels and sounds as if it will break down, and clearly has never been vaccummed. The room itself was disgusting, there was pizza or something smeared on the bed skirt and the chair, hair on the bed, all the towels, and in the shower. The sink was broken, it was plugged so we pulled up the drain and it pulled right out and did not lift up the plug. Then we went down for breakfast the next morning and somebody had put up a rude note (pictured) and must have been up for hours and no staff bothered to take it down, and I'm sure it was a staff member that put it up. Also they clearly don't bother to vacumme the dining area, you can see the dirt on the floor. For $135 you could find a much nicer place! Hate to be this person, but we finally got a night without the kids and this place was thoroughly disappointing.

Reasonably priced

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Cleaner pool and hot tub..,,lots of sand in hot tub, smelled bad.
Location: Close to mall.
Nice hotel, hot tub was yellowish and had a funny odor. Breakfast was great!

Hotel near our funeral service

Was double charged and hasn't been resolved. Not clean, hallways filthy, Windows very dirty, no shampoo, ice, intense disinfectant smell. Customer service attitude bad. Saving grace was comfy beds and good breakfast.

Awesome stay!

We were extremely happy with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The bathroom sink area was a little small and the water pressure could have been a little better but those were only minor inconveniences. Overall it was a relaxing stay. I would not hesitate for a second to stay again.
