Always love CMon Inn. Just wish they had more sports channels and the bathrooms are clean but starting to look a little shabby.

Pros: Interior, general layout of the hotel
Cons: cleaning and breakfast staff work instructions
Overall cleanliness needs improvement. Several areas need cleaning. The detail areas, on top of machines, in corners etc.

Nice facility

Pros: Common areas
Location: Easy access from interstate.
Was good. Near lots of restaurants. Might be a decade in age but very clean and well maintained.

Jacuzzi tub in room wasn't working

Jacuzzi tub in room wasn't working...so asked to move to a different room and the Jacuzzi tub was working better in that room requested a discount of some sort Manger Dean hasn't gotten back to me ...very disappointed and will not return to that hotel

I realize the tub you first had you were not happy with and we did move to a different room, and since you had a discounted rate and I cannot not give a discount through third parties we did our best by giving you another hot tub room that you would enjoy more. I wish your experience could have been like the return guests we have that will only come to our hotel. Safe Travels Dean General Manager

Exceeded my expectations

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The attention to the specific booking when giving guests their room, but that was fixed quickly.
Location: Fargo is easy to get around, and the hotel is next to i94, so there's lots available for restaurants and shopping.
This is the first time we've stayed at a C'mon Inn, and were quite happy with the amenities, the condition of the hotel, and the breakfast selection. We Expedia-booked and pre-paid for a King Suite with Jacuzzi tub and sofa bed + recliner, but when we got to our room, it was a regular King room (not much else). I called the front desk, and the clerk owned her error, and reassigned us immediately to a King Suite. She had the new room card ready by the time I got back to the lobby, and all was great.
