Nice

Pros: Price and newer, beautiful lobby. The clerk was very kind and helpful. We were able to park very close to our room and it was quiet there.
Cons: Our shower didn't have much pressure. The faucet wasn't working quite right.
Location: Very close to the local eating places and shopping.
We stayed one night. It was reasonably priced, comfortable beds, and quiet room on the first floor with a door to the lobby. We had a hot tub right outside of our room. Very satisfied for the price!

Not the best C'mon Inn

Pros: I like the courtyard set up, where you can go to the hot tub and pool from your inside door. They tell you yes or no upfront if you can have a certai
Cons: Put a place on your reservation page where guests can ask for AAA or whatever discount. Put the bfast food in the food warmer about an hour before
Location: Close to the mall in Fargo. Easy access to the Interstate and restaurants and shopping.
I frequent this chain. This was definitely not my best experience with Cmon Inns. I always get a courtyard room, but we had super noisy neighbors that partied till late. The breakfast food was not hot and tasted like left over. We nuked it but it was still not very good and we threw it away. My favorite thing about C'mon Inn and why I keep going back is, they tell you up front yes or no if you can have a room in a certain area. I used to go to Holiday Inns and Best Westerns first until they stopped at least trying to accommodate my wish for a ground floor room. This has to do with a disability, but the other 2 chains will not accommodate me. Thank you C'Mon Inn for always trying to accommodate me to the best of your ability!

Dana, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience on your last visit. We pride ourselves on taking care of the guests needs. We get great comments on our food and the large amount of variety we serve, and have had no complaints brought to my attention, but I will look into this. rest assured we serve no left over on breakfast, as everyone eats it as fast as we can keep bringing it out.

Clean hotel. Close to shopping

Hotel was completely booked. Upon arrival only 1 person at reception desk. Did not tell give me any info about hotel etc. Disappointed that people we went with got a much better rate for their room by just calling Hotel and booking. They would not give us the same rate because we booked with Expedia. Did not have enough staff working. Garbages in pool/hot tub area were overflowing. Towels in pool/hot tub area were not replenished. Had to wait at breakfast for 20 min before before they refilled empty items as the same person worked breakfast and front desk. Rooms were clean and very comfortable

dale, Thank You for your comments. As it was extremely busy staff do the best they can to keep up. We did have 2 people staffed but you may not have seen the person in the back if they were prepping things. It is a good thought maybe for next new years weekend to add an additional staff member. Good hotel for shopping convenience

Pros: The hot tubs and pool was very convenient with a nice courtyard and tables, etc. The decor and stairs into the courtyard was quite nice.
Location: Great shopping not too far from hotel
We had no problems with the facilities and the staff was very pleasant. There was lots of shopping very convenient to the hotel as well as places to eat.

The hotel is nice but the breakfast was not replenished when they ran out of food at 9 am when the hours are 6 to 10 am.

I will look into the breakfast situation. When full house as we were, sometimes it just takes some time to stay or get caught up when many guests run through at one time for eating. Thanks for staying with us.

The price is excellent and the rooms are clean. The bedding is not particularly comfortable and there is a lot of traffic noise, as well as noise from the adjoining room. The fitness room is better than expected for a hotel of that size and caliber.

No hot water after 10pm...was staying at room 124 and 126. Was told that management would come talk to us the following day, but nobody came. They offered us 2 rooms to use the bathroom/shower, however, there wasn’t any hot water either. Called the front desk, and was told that we could check into another hotel if we wanted. WHO SAYS THAT?! Anyway, you get what you paid for - 2-star hotel. Only nice thing is the courtyard and the staff (except the lady who suggested we stay somewhere else)

I am sorry about the hot water issue the night you stayed. Some things happen that we have to deal with as quickly as we can. This was a maintenance issue with the hot water circulation pump that burned out. We called a plumber out and they arrived within 30 minutes and worked on the pump and had it running quickly and heating water again. This affected most rooms and we quickly rectified a serious issue. Staff at the moment do the best they can while we determine the problems at the moment. Thank You for staying with us at the cmon inn. A fantastic hotel experience like no other.

Very slow at check in.

We waited 10 minutes at the front desk for the person who we had to call on the phone come check us in. Unacceptable

I am sorry to hear of your wait at the front desk. on occasion when one the shifts change and one staff left on front in evening they may be helping another guest momentarily but they try to get back as soon as possible. I hope the rest of your stay was great. I hope you enjoyed one of the 5 hot tubs or the pool and the large breakfast we have. Hopefully you were able to relax in the awesome wooded courtyard after you checked into your room. Safe travels.
