Reasonably priced hotel, good value for what we paid. Overall, the staff was not very friendly, helpful or knowledgeable. When checking in, we had to ask to get any information about the wifi, breakfast, etc. The breakfast was being put away well before the end of the time it was supposed to be open. Breakfast staff was very grumpy. The hotel and rooms could use some freshening up, but the bed was comfortable and our room was clean enough.

Cons: Stayed 2 days but rooms weren't cleaned or towels replaced between day 1 and day 2. Even after telling cleaning staff we'll be gone several hours
Price was fantastic. Location was what I was looking for.

I have never seen a hotel that can't give you a receipt when you check out. The clerk was very hard to understand and I don't think she really knew what she was doing. When I asked her for a receipt she said I will have to get it from Expedia because I booked it through Expedia.

It works

The pool was closed so the kids where not happy. The place is ok. It’s getting dated and the beds are showing age along with everything else. But it was mostly clean and not my first choice but I would stay again.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Near grocery store and restaurants. Right off of I-29.
Cons: There was some trash behind the nightstand that I discovered when I was looking for a wall outlet.
The check-in desk was busy, but staff handled it well. The motel had no extra rooms the night I stayed but the staff seemed to be well-trained. Impressive! Breakfast is typical for a Days Inn - biscuits & gravy, hot oatmeal, toast & muffins, etc. The room was VERY comfortable. Wifi was strong.

Best place to stay in Fargo!

Pros: Friendly staff and bright , clean place!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Costco is not far away.
In transit and wanted a reasonable hotel for one evening. We were pleasantly surprised and thought that this would be the place to stay from now on.

we all still sick as dogs since being and staying

Pros: BAd luck
Cons: level this joint make a parking lot there
Location: a crook a bad cleaner and a terrible cook
small dirty rooms no changed sheets hair in THE hottub we found a wallet in the sheets returned to the front desk but never returned to the owner and we all sick throws up live in bathroom includes a baby STAY AWAAY FROM THIS INFESTED HOLE

Great stay with great amenities

Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the pool and hot tub facilities were great and the breakfast was good.
Location: the hotel is several minutes from West Acres mall and other large retailers. On the other side, you can go to Downtown Fargo or Moorhead.
I took my family to this hotel during our stay at Fargo. When I accidentally booked the wrong room type (1 Queen), the staff were friendly and immediately remedied this by moving to a different room type (2 Queens). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and my family had a great time in the pool and hot tub facility. The continental breakfast was good, food was plentiful and was constantly being refreshed as a steady stream of customers came in and out. The staff remained friendly even during my hotel check-out and asked pleasant questions about my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, it is several minutes away from west acres mall, staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and I will definitely return. Thank you, Days Inn staff!

Pros: close to a good year tire store nice people there
Cons: get a new cleaner
Location: great
very dirty rooms cleaner should be fired found food in the sheets a dirty bathroom
