Our room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the room was not clean. We found long dark hairs in the floor in the bathroom. The mirror in the entryway was covered in children's fingerprints. No apology or acknowledgement was given when we checked out.

We requested housekeeping but nobody came. Breakfast is not that good, no protein on weekdays, only boiled eggs. The lady who is in-charge blames us for having a bad day and complains about us making a mess, she is not friendly and we felt unwelcome. Pool is good but the water is cold. The hot tub did not work too. Don't bother to book, not worth the money. Spend it to other hotels in the area.

(1)The room was not clean, we discovered an open safety pin in the bed and comforter had black substance on it. (2)We were not notified that the pool was closed for renovation at booking. (3)The property is dated and rundown.(4)Location was good and front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

everything was until the hockey kiddos decided to run up and down the hallways and knock on doors. I think that there should be a rule for thinks like that in hotels, not all guest are there to be bothered by the noise after 10pm

Rooms are very clean, and very quiet. Front desk the gentleman was ok checking in quickly, but the check out the young lady should smile and be more friendly.

False advertising. Booked for the pool for my son and no pool or slides everything under construction and nothing on website that states the pool is under construction. The guy checking us in was very rude and definitely didn’t care to be at his job.

Great place to stay.
Was a great place to stay at. Great breakfast options and the staff was friendly. It was a little bit loud early in the morning and late at night but other then that I would totally recommend this place.

Breakfast ran out at 9 am, but was supposed to be available until 10am. The hot tubs were both out of order.

Breakfast is done a 9am Mondays - Fridays. The hot tubs were down and we are at the mercy of other vendors to come and fix what was needed to get them up again, sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

Stayed for a family trip . The pull out sofa bed was so small and not comfortable at all. Couldn’t get the tv to turn on . The window was leaking and water was coming in from the rain . Clean enough seemed like an older hotel . Breakfast was not impressive.

Staff was nice but the hotel was outdated. The pool are is very dirty. Yhe renovations in the pool room made it feel feel like we were swimming in a construction zone.

The heater in room was quite loud, but other than that was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just what I needed! Breakfast had hot items on as well so that was very appreciated!

We stayed in a suite which the website said was for 6 people. The sofa bed was only a love seat turned into a small single bed for 1 person. And the springs creaked every time they moved. The other beds were only doubles. There was NO extra room to have someone sleep on the floor. AND the pools and slides were shut down due to unsafe conditions. ?!?!? Very unhappy with our stay.

Dirty with Very questionable security.
Pretty poor, very tired, dirty floors (linen fresh and clean (otherwise I would have left)) the soles on my flipflops (which I bought because of the floor) were black by day 2. Very questionable security. My cardkey failed to open my door so returned to reception where staff simply asked my room number and reprogrammed the card – no name/id check I could have gained access to any room and more concerning is anyone could have gained access to mine. It wasn’t a once off as my card failed to work 3 times and 3 different reception folks simply reprogrammed the card. Nothing environmentally friendly about this place the waste at (sub-par) breakfast was shocking. Won’t be returning – there must be a better business hotel in Fargo

We had great experience overall. Staff is super friendly, hotel clean. I would love to have some greens in breakfast menu. Add some salad for some of us who like combining meet and vegetables - and it's ok if I pay a bit extra for this option. I would come again 100%

We booked this hotel to use the hot tiling and have breakfast before our drive home. We had plans to use the hot tub before our evening plans and they were shut down for “maintenance”. Then when we went down for breakfast the coffee maker was “out of order”. No coffee was offered at all. Was told that we would have to use our room’s coffee maker which tasted like water. The sausage were very pale in color I was afraid to even eat them and the eggs looked like leftovers from last week. I’m sure they weren’t but they were awfully dry and browned. But our room was awesome. Very roomy and clean, equipped with a working refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly but didn’t go out of their way to make up for the short comings. I give housekeeping 5 stars.

We went up to this hotel to enjoy the water slide and pool. When we were checking in, they told us the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as the whole reason we choose to stay at the hotel was the pool and waterside. They also did not have anything on the hotels website that said the pool was closed.

The property is okay. My room did not seem too clean. One of the beds looked like someone had been sleeping on it just before we arrived, the tissue dispenser looked like someone used the restroom right before we came, and all 3 of the shower dispensers were low or empty. I found Lindsey to be very rude when she was asked a simple question, but Quincy was helpful, so he helped to balance out the rating for staff. Not a bad location, but maybe the other hotels around this one would be a better choice if staff responsiveness doesn’t improve.

The price for the stay was outrageous. Checked in and the toilet was nasty and not flushed. Someone left a nasty mess in the toilet. The hotel was not clean. Pool area was all broken and fixed with tape. Will not be staying there again in future.
