The room was great - had everything we needed. The breakfast was good but was not a lot left when we got down would suggest labeling the food for people with allergies - would cut down on food waste.

My family and I stayed for one night while in town for a special event. Check-in was easy and the employee that assisted us was friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, but showed some wear, particularly in the bathroom. There was ample space for our family of 5 and our belongings. Although I didn't use the pool or fitness center, I did take a peek and both looked clean and in good working order. Breakfast in the morning was on par with what I would expect; breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, fruit, breads/pastries, and waffles. Everything was well stocked and being managed appropriately by staff. There appeared to be some work going on during our stay that required a large dumpster and some storage containers in the parking lot. This took up some of the parking, but I was still able to find a spot. The only thing I would change would be the TVs. Streaming/casting wasn't available, but you can hook a device up with an HDMI adapter. Overall I was happy with the accommodations and I would stay again.

We really liked the property. The only reason we did Staff and service at five was because the breakfast was a little strange and there wasn’t really a staff readily available to answer questions. Where you would start the line there were trays but no plates there. So when you move onto the eggs, you don’t have a plate so you’d have to go down to the end of the line to pick up a plate first. Just not a good set up as far as that goes. And the parking outside was very strange. And in part of the parking where it was the closest, there were large metal storage bins. Not sure what those were for.

Clean and modern hotel. We stayed in a King suite with our son on the sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. When we asked for bedding we were only given sheets. Had to ask again for a blanket. Other than that it was a good stay.

Room was very clean but there were cat scratches sling both sides of the sofa, so you naturally feel unclean knowing there had been cats in the room. My friends said whirlpool atea in pool was cold, i didn't go in. Love the recent changes hotels are doing with big bottles on the shower instead of the wasteful smaller bottles. It makes so much more sense. Breakfast was slow to get stuff out and parents gave kids free range so waffle batter was everywhere and egg and cheese on the floor (both days). Service at front desk was great.

We are so glad you were happy with your stay overall. We do apologize for the scratches that were on the couch. We are a pet friendly hotel but do assure you we do extra cleaning after every animal we have stay with us. We are having renovations done here soon that should be done around the end of February, including getting brand new couches! Staff were really helpful and friendly. The property and room was refreshingly nice. Loved the soap/shampoo/conditioner lol. Our room did lock us out 15 minutes before check out but an employee helped us get back in so we could finish loading up the vehicle. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The overnight stay was good. Staff were very polite and friendly. The room was spacious and having a living area was great. The room was showing wear but clean. The bathroom even had a fully functioning exhaust fan in the bathroom instead of the constant draw ones that hotels are using now (not great). The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The location was close to everything.

Great hotel! It was clean and rooms were ver spacious. Breakfast is just about your normal bagel, waffle, cereal, coffee, juice, and a couple of different breakfast sandwich options. The one don side is they don’t have a separate hot tub from the pool. Instead they have a bench with jets in the pool but the water is cold. Other than that it is a great hotel and pet friendly which is a great plus.

When visiting Fargo this is our hotel of choice. I love the spacious room and the full size fridge! The bed was super comfortable. They also had a nice selection of breakfast items to satisfy anyone. I highly recommend this hotel.

A good spot in Fargo

I thought the room smelled a bit "pet odor. Which we also brought a pet, because it was pet friendly, but I did not realize they charged 25$ for each pet. That was not made clear on registration.

This charge is for the extra time and cleaning it often takes to make sure the room is ready for the next guest. I am going to go ahead and reverse that charge for you as it also sounds as if your room had previous pet odors which is never something we would want for you to experience. I do appreciate your response and feedback, and I will make sure to speak with my desk staff about communicating more clearly with our guests and also with our housekeeping staff.
