Close to shopping and restaurants

Pros: Reasonable price w/taxes in Cdn funds; fab comfortable mattress & pillows; even makeup removal sheets provided and fab buffet breakfast & very clean
Great time, prices on groceries and clothes shopping very similar prices. Great hotel!

Pros: we chose the hotel, since it was close to a conference motel, which was booked.
Cons: If the jet tub has had problems in the past, replace it
disappointed with the how the staff handled a complaint , when they were informed the jet tub had leaked water all over the bathroom floor and into the living area. Comment was don't worry this happens all the time. I wonder how many times this has happened and how much mold is growing in the carpet. Took the staff over 4hours to collect the wet towels from the incident, Nothing was done to the wet carpet.

I was placed in a handicaped room next to the lobby, loud ice machine and an outdoor access door. The room itself was fine but the shower was too short for a 5'7" woman and I missed the usual ample counter space I appreciate. It was incredibly noisy where I was placed. I thought I had booked far enough in advance to not get a "left over" room. It was almost as if I was being encouraged to not book early through Expedia. This was the first not so comfortable night I had there. I have stayed at the Kelly Inn several times over the years.

Location! Location! Location

The hotel is simple, clean and offers what you need. The beds were way too firm and the little pillows didnt offer much more than appearance. Other than that..check in/check out was a breeze. Good breakfast..friendy staff. Wouldnt oppose to going back but if for an exteneded stay would opt for a better mattress!

Nice hotel close to shopping

Stayed for just one night. First time staying at this hotel in many years. Love the updates. Rooms are clean. Super close to West Acres Mall and all shopping on the strip.

Reviving Pause in a Long Road Trip!

Pros: Everything that could be done/provided for the traveler had been thought of. For instance we found the best Breakfast Buffet anywhere, that even ....
Cons: NONE (Continuing What I like, box would not allow finishing above comment!) ... that even included Greek Yogurt in the Cooling Dispenser!
Location: Since we were late we were pleased to see nearby the Panera restaurant which was open late for an excellent evening meal.
We arrived late and tired and road-worn, were greeted in a friendly manner, and were relaxing in our room in no time. We instantly found one of the cleanest, brightest, and most comfortable environments in our entire 16 day trip!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were nice. The free breakfast had a nice fresh selection. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking.

Nice hotel

Pros: Quiet,homey and clean with comfy bed.
Cons: TV should sit on something higher for better viewing. Could use a safety rail in bathroom as the toilet is very low and difficult to get up from
Location: Great location for shopping and dining
Spent 2 nights, great sleep and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Will definetely stay here again.

Perfect location

Pros: The staff were friendly & informative.
Cons: Please consider heating the pool and enlarging the whirlpool.
Location: The Mall is kitty-corner to the hotel. Burlington Coat Factory, Red Lobster, Barnes & Noble & Petco are all in the same parking lot.
The hotel is kitty-corner to Fargos Mall. Right on 13th Ave where you can find most stores. You could literally walk to the mall, Barnes & Nobles, Burlington Coat Factory, Red Lobster & many more. Although it is an older hotel (2 floors, no elevator), the staff is super friendly & helpful. In fact they directed us to restaurants where our evening meals came in under $12! The pool is unheated and the whirlpool only sits 5. There is free wifi & 10 HBO channels to choose from. I would definitely return.
