Would stay there again!

Pros: Good use of the compact space, would not want it any smaller and didn't really need to be any bigger.
Cons: Room was rather warm when we arrived, AC was turned off. Took an hour or two for the temp to be down to my comfort level.
Location: Great location, easy on and off the interstate. Good variety of food near by.
Nice room, good location, good value! Worked well for us to have the couch sleeper in a separate room form the main bed.

Nice reasonable motel for 6 people!

Pros: 3 bed roomy close to shopping
Cons: Signs to the pool area would be nice. Had to ask where the pool was!
Location: Location was great!
Booked this almost last minute (2 days before) Needed 3 beds and they had it! Was suprised by the kitchen etc would stay here again

It was a nice hotel except that the air conditioning in our room did not work. But overall it was a good stay.

nice location close to interstate and mall

Pros: location
Cons: security of the rooms, you should not have to move your belongings to your car every time you leave in fear someone could break into your room.
Location: close to interstate, shopping and awesome restaurants.
The room we were given the door issues the hardware got stuck inside and the door wouldn't latch, once fix I also noticed the door had a 1/4 inch gap and was not secure, used a card to pop door open without having to use room key. Hotel full couldn't move us until next morning which was ok because the deadbolt did work which we felt was safe. But the room was not the cleanest, found a yogurt cup with a spoon on the window ceil and the fire alarm kept dropping down from ceiling with wires exposed. The next morning we were moved to a new room and once again the door could be popped open by using a card and not room key. That room was clean. The manager did give us a room that was secure, clean and met or expectation. We were offered a voucher for a free night. Did not accept because I do not plan to ever stay there again. I requested money back still haven't heard back from them. Also will not us expedia again as you must prepay and can not get money back.

Very disappointed

The check in person was wonderful and great location. Other then that The air conditioner did not work. The room was dirty. The breakfast was terrible no food and very dirty. Thank goodness for apples. I did not take pictures but will in the future but I will not ever stay there again.

Stayed before, will stay again!

I visit Fargo regularly and have tried several hotels but Mainstay Suites has become my little home away ftom home. I love the small apartment feel and the little details such as microwave popcorn and Keurig cups.

Night in Fargo

Very nice place. Had problem with coffee maker and replaced no problem. Was close to several restaurants. It was clean and the bed comfortable.
