It smelled like old stale smoke. The heater/air conditioner smelled horrible when turned on. Slept without heat all night (didn’t sleep all night) Would never stay there again.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke in spite of being a non smoky room. To “fix it” they sprayed it with some industrial air freshener that made the room smell like industrial air freshener and cigarette smoke. 10/10 reccomend you stay anywhere else.

Front desk seemed to be an issue specially when double charging...pool area and room floor were quite dirty, found hair all around bathroom, smelt like skunk inside hallways. We left right away

Owner was awful and rude. Rooms were filthy. Offered a second room and it was just as dirty as the first, blood stains and dirt with ripped lampshades. Manager said "what do you except for a $60 room. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

No elevator to take luggage to second floor so we had to hump everything (cooler, bags, bins etc.) up the stairs Sherpa style. Very noisy heating/cooling system in the room made it hard to get a good sleep. Towels super thin and worn, and only 3 in a room for 4 people. Price was decent - enough said

This hotel left us leaving early and disappointed. We got there at night and got our rooms. The bed sheets had a good stain in it. The garbage was left full from previous guests, the carpet was dirty...I guess you get what you pay for, or even worse. One positive thing was that the staff were helpful and willing to give us money back for the nights we didn't stay.

That couldve been a little better
The room we were in was clearly still being renovated. There wasnt a cover on the outlet and we were staying there with out 9 month old. Complimentary breakfast wasnt incluslded because of renovations in the lobby area, and this wasnt mentioned before booking. The room service tried to just walk into the room before we checked out. Had we not had the safety lock in place they wouldve seen me topless and more than likely did. It was mortifying.

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel that I hope improves this place greatly. If I was not just staying for about 5 hrs I would have left. The chairs, floor and curtains are so gross, and every lamp shade is broke. The doors look rough and in need of replacement. The bathroom had some updates but that was the only good thing I can say.

DON’T BOOK IF YOU HAVE TEENAGERS UNDER 18!
I reserved this stay about 2 weeks in advance for 2 adults and 2 children (One 5 year old, one 15 year old) for December 30th, 2023-Jan 1st, 2024. We brought my teenage daughter’s Doberman along and we expected the $20/night fee. What I did NOT expect, was the attendant demanding identification from my 15 year old daughter when attempting to check in. First of all, I am her MOTHER and gave birth to her; I know the exact day, time and PLACE she came into the world. Second of all, she doesn’t even have her driver’s permit yet! The attendant wanted an extra $50 for her, on top of a $150 CASH deposit! I should not have to fork over $240 CASH when I had already paid $146 online for the reservation! The attendant also tried to say he “didn’t know” what the online reservation said when at about 90% of the hotels that book through a third party know the details in their software program!
