Not such a nice place

Cons: Clean the building and grounds up....
I knew this was not going to be a good stay when I drove up to the hotel. The front window had been busted out and was covered with plywood. The garbage out front was overflowing and a wet river of "gunk" was running from it. The gentleman who checked me in explained the window had been out for a couple of weeks and maybe fixed next week. The door we entered near our room was the "smokers" door and there were cigarette butts everywhere. I am a smoker and would did not want to stand around that mess. We could hear every footstep from the room above and every conversation in the room next door and in the hallway all night. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep before an early morning meeting...

nice hotel just to crash at while on a road trip!

Pros: price! location, breakfast!
Cons: boarded windows in front!
Location: lots of resturants close by!
price was great and hotel was good place to crash at while on a road trip!

Decent motel

Rooms were clean and neat. The bed was tiny for 2 adults and much too soft. Whatever happened to full size pillows? Overall friendly staff and nice room.

Great stay, great front desk staff. My only complaint is the pillows were small and lumpy!

I was placed in a room next to the laundry room. To my surprise the room was full of ants. They appears to be coming from under the walls. Staff did move me to a different room but all I could think about was the first room I was inn.

Good value for the money.

Pros: Excellent value and good front desk service.
Cons: Don't put Expedia customers in handicap rooms.
Location: Great location, just off interstate and near a lot of good restaurants.
Had a good night sleep for a small amount of money. Good breakfast the next morning. Only negative was being put in a handicap room with the handicap shower. Not easy to use for a tall person like myself.

Expdia does choose the room type for you, however if feasible we will be most gladly move you to a different type, if room type availability allows, some times there's an extra cost, but most times we can just move you to a more comfortably suited room.

The hotel was ok but...

Pros: Room was nice
Cons: Front desk staff. If you stay here make sure your bill is completely straightened out before you leave.
The hotel was ok but the staff at the front need additional training. I booked all my nights through Expedia. For some reason this confused the hotel staff and they charged my MasterCard for all the nights even though it was already prepaid. I talked to the front desk staff before leaving and I was told it was all going to be corrected. When I got home the charges were still on my E statement.

Never again.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Quick on and off the highway and lots of restaurants and shopping.
I checked in with a very unfriendly person at the front desk. No smile, no warm greeting. She told me to swipe my credit card on the machine and she that had an amount close to what my room rate was. I told her I had already pre paid for the room in full. It took quite a bit of conversing back and forth to get out of her that it was for incidentals. She was a little snippy. This was enough to know I really didn't want to stay there. Then I went into my room and it smelled really stale or like mildew. No bath tub - tiny shower only. The room and hotel were in much need of an update. Had a bad head ache in the morning from the smell in the room. I wish I could have gotten a refund so I could have switched hotels before finishing the check in. This was enough of a bad experience to make me rethink ever pre paying for a hotel again.

So very sorry your experience wasn't pleasant. We try and explain this best we can at check in. When checking into a hotel and the room is not already paid, the system just authorizes and takes payment from the authorization, however when the room is already paid for it sometimes can seem unfair because you already paid. This authorization is collected from a valid credit card at check in to ensure it authorizes in the instance any damages are done to the room the hotel is able to collect on them. We will use the feedback to try and better explain this process in the future, also will pass along the room issues to housekeeping.

Good value for the money

Pros: We like the location of the hotel.
Cons: The pillows need to be replaced.
Location: The location is close to everything we want yet off the main road so you don't get as much of the noise of being in the middle of everything.
This hotel is good value for what you pay. I have found that by booking through Expedia the rates are better than calling the hotel booking line or calling the hotel itself. The only problem we have encountered every time we stay here is that the pillows are very uncomfortable. They are too small and too soft for any real comfort. My suggestion would be to bring your own pillow.
