The location provided quick access to I-94 and there was plenty of dining and shopping choices nearby. The facility was clean and modern, and the breakfast had lots of options and was well stocked.

We got here. Our first room was not clean. Beds were not made and dishes in the sink. They did upgrade to a nice room but have also billed me twice along with expedias billing. So far I have been charged 3x for a one night stay. Not happy and waiting for an answer from the front desk as to what happened.

I really liked the 2 bedroom suite for our family. However, I was disappointed that there is no longer a pool or hot tub as listed on the amenities. No ice machine available and the ice maker in the freezer was turned off.

We arrived at the location at the check-in time of 3PM, but our room was not ready at the check-in time. When we were finally informed that a room was ready 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the room we got was not ready (beds not made, bed sheets on the floor, dirty towels left in the bathrooms, garbage and empty boxes not disposed). Other issues: pool not working, no working waffle iron at breakfast, very rude when I requested a receipt at checkout. My family and I were very disappointed with our stay and we will no longer patronize this hotel when staying in the Fargo, ND area.

The staff are amazing, they did a great job of give a great service and made our stay as good as possible under the conditions they were ubder. They were severely understaffed which delayed check in for almost 2 hours. I loved how they handled everything considering they were unfairly understaffed while having a fully booked hotel. I would definitely come back again

Great room, great service, quiet, clean. Only complaint is that the pool was out of service and it didn't say it was when i booked the room. My kiddos were very disappointed.

Upon entry into the hotel room, it was apparent that my hotel room was not cleaned. There was Froot Loops all over the floor, and in the drawers, none of the surfaces were wiped down, appeared the hard surfaces were not swept/vacuumed, hairballs in the shower, pull out sofa still had very dirty sheets on it. We ended up leaving the hotel the next day, and the hotel manager did comp us for the night. I was very appreciative ended up cleaning my hotel room the night that we had to stay in it as all the other hotel rooms were at capacity. The hotel manager was just as dissatisfied as we were. They were honestly genuine in their response. The stairs did have crumbs up and down the stairway. The breakfast was good and the breakfast server was very nice and very clean. I also had family member staying in a different hotel room, who did have a clean hotel room. The pool was out of service and we were not informed prior to staying. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and we had to last-minute find another hotel to extend our stay as we were scheduled to stay there for four nights.

The pool was closed, with no notification prior to stay or at check in. We only learned of that when we brought our 4 kids dressed to swim, down to the pool. Thermostat in room was broken, and was never checked on even after request. TV in one bedroom didn’t work, and again, wasn’t checked on even after request.

Although I booked same day through Expedia on a long cross country drive and received a confirmation number when I arrived close to midnight reception told me there was no reservation and they were full. I had to look elsewhere in the middle of the night. Can’t trust them to have your room reserved. I was even charged but Expedia refunded. Don’t stay here

Fine. Room was quiet and comfortable. Employees were forgettable drones going through their paces and the cost per night was probably 20% too high. Which explains the empty rooms.

Our room was filthy at check in. There were toe nails on the carpet, the bedding was not clean and there was trash in the garbage. The hallways and room smelled like smoke.

Stains on bedding and floor, counter space looked sticky and had hair stuck to it- felt dirty. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked to move rooms due to cleanliness. The second room felt just as dirty. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean.

Room itself was nice, however try to avoid getting a room on the first floor right next to the entrance and elevator. (So loud!) Also, the in-room full fridge is awesome to have, but this was one of the loudest I’ve heard.

We waited half an hour for somebody to show up and check us in. We even tried calling in hopes that somebody would come answer the phone, but they didn't. Pool was closed down by the health department and zero hot water. Only bright light was Christina the morning desk clerk. She was awesome.

We have stayed at different stay bridge hotels in the past and have liked them. This particular one is a dump! Rooms are overcrowded with furniture that does not need to be in there. Curtains were see through and thin and did not have the option to close! Shower curtain was stained, dirty walls, no bedding for the pull out couch. Swimming pools areas had actual flip flops glued to the wall for decorations and it looked cheap and hideous. Breakfast was the worst! I think they went to the dollar store to buy the food. There was fountain pop served with no ice options so it was warm but who drinks pop for breakfast? There was a gallon of milk sitting in a cooler that they expected you to just pour what you needed? One big box of cereal that was an off brand which is why I think they went to dollar store. They had French fries for the potato option and ham for the meat but the ham was thinly sliced sandwich meat?? The oatmeal packets were also a off brand. The apple juice they had tasted like they had added water to make it stretch? So disgusting and dissatisfied with this hotel. We paid almost $200 to stay at a dump! The breakfast attendant was singing and dancing and acting weird. She also gave out bottles of water and snacks but only to one family? Would not stay again!!

We chose this property based on availability of multiple beds in the room. We had a king bed in one room, then separate living area dining & kitchen, then a third room with two double beds; each bedroom had an ensure, as well. The room was back in a corner and was super quiet despite being on the bottom floor. This is a well-used property that appears to be slowly renewing its appearance. Some peeling paint, worn couch cushions, but overall still a good room. Cleanliness needs a boost - we found hairs in both bathtubs & the refrigerator had something sticky that hadn't been cleaned. When the upstairs room had the shower running, weirdly, water drained into our tub. The major issue we experienced was being unable to control the room temperature. There were space heaters in two areas on the floors and a wall thermostat. The temperature on the thermostat was set at 62 degrees, by myself, yet the steady temperature in the rooms was 75 degrees, making it stifling hot for sleeping. We resorted to cracking the windows (despite the 10 degrees weather outside and the torn window screen) to help cool the space some. I appreciated the size of the room, overall, as the space was quite generous. I do feel it was still overpriced and needs a furniture face-lift, better attention to detail when cleaning, and a make-up mirror would have been a nice touch. The thermostat-issue is a must to correct, though.

This hotel definitely needs some updating and maintenance. The first thing we noticed was the huge chunk of wallpaper hanging off the wall across from our room along with the trim missing. The pool area seemed grungy and the bathroom was out of order. In our room our bedspread had what appeared to be food on it like it was not washed and we had a 2 room suite and neither of the rooms had bath towels. The next morning for breakfast there was no eggs to go with the salsa and shredded cheese they had out and there was also no milk. For paying almost $300 to stay in this hotel 1 night it was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed here years before and had a great experience. But this last trip, the hotel is falling apart. The couch and sitting chair in the room were badly stained, the dishes from the last guests were still in the dishwasher, there was visible dirt on bathroom floors and bathroom counters. The lady who was working during the breakfast was rude and couldn’t answer simple questions kindly. The men working the front desk were friendly but that’s really the only good thing I have to say unfortunately.
