Booked a room and prepaid. Property was closed for renovations and no one called us, so we were stuck with out a hotel room at midnight after driving for a couple of hours.

The place was under renovation, all messed up and not even a place to have the oncluded breakfast, and they only told us they were under renovation when we got there at least they let us cancel there but we had to find a new place

Construction going on. Tv wasn’t working no phone fridge wasn’t working. No breakfast due to construction. I purposely get hotels with breakfast so I can get on the road and not have to make extra stops. Wasn’t worth the money I half to pay. Will not recommend to anyone

The whole property is undergoing renovations, so it’s understandable to have paint and paint stains everywhere. What’s not understandable is the condition of the rooms. The first room given to us was never cleaned up. We even thought there was someone in there but no, it had the do not disturb card on the door so it might have been the reason it was missed by the housekeeper. The front desk staff was really nice. She gave us an upgraded room for no extra charge because of the inconvenience. However the upgraded room is in a very poor condition. The bathroom faucet is leaking and dripping loudly. The inside of the toilet is super dirty. The wall where the Kleenex box is is disgusting. Bed cover has stains on it. We’ve always stayed in Super 8 and it has always been a good experience. This is the only Super 8 so far which has been quite terrible. They should have closed the whole place down while renovating instead of trying to make money (and a lot too, for what it’s worth) and ending up giving customers poor experience.

TV did not work, No pool or hot tub as advertized, NO microwave, light in bathroom did not work, toilet seat not screwed down, black mold on shower curtain, Halways full of paint buckets, and misc construction tools, ice machine not working, breakfast was choice of cold cereal,or toast, coffee machine also not working, One step above sleeping in the car, avoid this motel at all costs you will be disappointed

How bad can it get.
Toilet was ready to fall over from floor, didn't have a tank cover, Walls had stains on them, wall paper falling off, and temperature by windows was at least 15 degrees colder then the room so it kept the heater going and the room to warm, AND the breakfast is a joke, no coffee cups and old stale bread - don't advertise a breakfast and you won't get a bad review for it. I won't touch what they had out there, hell I won't let me dog eat it.

Not a great experience. Check in attendant was kind if rude. For jet didn’t work twice. Pool was out of order, has been for some time, and there do not appear to be plans to fix it. Room was mediocre, old, and in disrepair. Light fixture didn’t work, light fixtures that did work were filthy. No tenor for the tv, and the ones they brought up after we called to complain didn’t work either. Voice service was incomplete, and there’s just a big hole in the cabinet were the fridge is supposed to be. With so many choices in the area, go somewhere else.

Filthy. Halls had stains all over. Looks like a dead body had been drug out of the way. Pool wasn’t open, had tables, hairs and other “crap” stored in there. Room 227 lights didn’t work. Wall plug was loose. Mold in the window sill. Tv was small and the remote didn’t work. Definitely would not recommend

I reached at 11pm and my card wasnt working to enter te house. There was no one at the concierge for almost an hour and no one responded to the calls. They were sleeping in their rooms(owned by the people who live in the same hotel) Terrible service by them! Please book here only if you do not have an option elsewhere

I was very unhappy with the hotel. The room was so-so. There was no TV service. When I checked with the front desk, they said that they were switching to a different TV provider and some rooms were not completed. When asked if we could move to a different room, she said rudely "I'm done with rooms tonight. You cannot move."

Disappointed stay
The front desk was not manned in the morning. I put out a note to have more towels and toilet paper put in my room. Room number and name was on the note. Nothing was done. There was no refrigerator in the room. I needed one for the 3 days I was staying there. I will be staying in another hotel the next time I have to use a hotel in Fargo.

The beds were very comfortable. The TV did not work and no attempt was made to fix it.

TERRIBLE
Upon arrival we were given a room with one full bed, we booked a room with 2 Queen beds. Toilet was running, we tried to fix it but the seal was completely deteriorated, with the countertop attached over the toilet top I am not sure the seal has ever been maintained or replaced. One bed and no toilet and tickets to a concert that is starting in 30 minutes. The front desk staff said there were no more rooms available due to water issues, they then tried to give us a room using a master key because the card access did not work. That room was filthy, bed unmade and garbage all over - my guess is someone was staying there from the staff or a friend of a staff member. I would not recommend staying here and was extremely disappointed in the entire process.

First room hadn't been cleaned. No big deal got another no problems. Second room had slight issue with toilet. Over all was a decent place for price.... but I'm not picky
