“Just a problem with the old widows which rattled in the wind during the early hours! Everything else with our one night stop-over was excellent. I would especially reommend the bar snack (chilli beef, Thai prawns)”

Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. ”
“Although a lovely hotel which I have used a few times in the past, and staff are helpful and friendly, the property and room interiors are in need of renovation. The window paint is flaking off, the curtain hooks coming off so that curtains hang irregularly and the carpets becoming threadbare. I think current owners are trying to sell so maybe that is why no attention is being given to these details right now.”
