It was a nice room. It was clean and the cheapest I could find that was close to the highways I needed to access.

Need some help

Had a great couple nights and on the third day when room service came to the door for check out. Well i decided on another night,purchased it and then was told they were Not going to honor my reservation. Help

The overall atmosphere of the place was very sketch. People had their beat up cars on jack stands in the parking lot and the area just seemed so isolated from everywhere else. The room was very small and the internet was ridiculously slow... I have never had internet this slow. Speedtest tested a 0.16mbps... Also, the walls are very thin and the pipe system is old and cranky. When trying to sleep, I could hear someone in the other room turning the faucet and the water going through the pipes. It wasn't just a faint sound, it was LOUD.

One of the worst hotels that I have experienced. It was not a good start when the check-in agent was not able to create a key for my room and had to let me in without a key (he was apologetic and I was not planning to leave). There was no iron nor ironing board and when I requested one they had an iron yet no board. The room was not in the best of condition and I would not recommend staying here again. The hotel next door was rated lower, yet I have stayed there before and, while not great, would rank it higher than this one. The only positive was free wi-fi. In the morning they had coffee and donuts in the check-in area. The area is not conducive to walking (I planned to walk to my office 1 mile away), with little to no sidewalks. There are no obvious nearby restaurants, although they had phone numbers for food delivery services.
