The property is clean and the staff is great! My Only concern is the website says pet-friendly which was the only reason why I booked here and when I got here they said no pets allowed. I had to leave my small Yorkie in the car in the cold overnight. This company needs to update their website!

Breakfast was ok, out of a lot of things. Walls paper thin. A person’s coughing next door would’ve kept me up, had i not brought my noise machine. Old facility that could use some updates. However for price, I won’t complain too much. All in all, a decent stay!!!

of course property could use some tuneup and entrance during snow day could be more cared for, like clean up that salt around periodically not just end of the night. Its definitely a little dated, BUT BUT its not bad. Its clean, they have nice little area to eat and again its not some fancy hotel so your expectation should according. But overall i liked it. 1 day though i did not have a hot water, they told me to tell them and they were willing to move me from my unit, but i was done basically with showers at that time before my checkout so i simply did not care. But i do think that when problems occur they were ready to fix or accommodate and that is great.

This is a good place to stay as it is near my work, but I wish they would vary the breakfast options. It is always the same and if you stay a week, there is no variety. Plus the bananas were pretty over ripe.

Exceptional experience
I had checked-in in anticipation of a power outage. The Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was very clean and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. This will be the only hotel I patronize in the future for any needs locally.

I came in for a work event, and stayed to visit family in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, and the area had plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Hotel is in a very convenient location, good restaurants nearby and friendly staff. The only complaint is the housekeeping could have been more thorough in their cleaning.

First time visit.
First visit to this property. We will be returning in the future as we are frequent visitors to the area to see family. The room was pleasant and clean. Two minor complaints: 1. The TV was a little difficult to get from the guide channel to the station desired. 2. The bathroom fan was very noisy. As stated these were very minor issures.

When I walked in the door, one of the cleaning stuff looked up from across the lobby and smiled and greeted me. That told me a lot, and I expected that this would be a great place to stay for the weekend. I was not disappointed. A+ for all the staff that I encountered, and for the hotel itself. Front desk staff was as friendly, professional and efficient. Check in with super easy. Beds were comfy, room was clean, everything worked. Shower water pressure was great, and hot water emerged almost immediately. Breakfast went until 10:00 a.m., which is a bonus for me with my morning schedule. I always appreciate a larger window with a little bit later and time. There were limited protein options --on the eggs and yogurt as far as I could see. But they had the usual bread products, a waffle maker, little yogurts, cereal. My only disappointment was there was no oatmeal. But for me there was plenty to choose from. I didn't try the eggs, but my roommate said they were good. The woman who staffed the breakfast area was out there frequently checking on things. Coffee was available 24 hours, which my roommate appreciated. The hotel is situated very close to other options, including a Wendy's if you want a different breakfast, and other restaurants for other meals. Easy access to the freeway.
