Bugs.

I at least got 10 bug bites all over my body.. super disgusting. I checked for bed bugs like I do at all the hotels I stay at, this hotel did not have bed bugs... but I did get big up by something.

False advertising

Site stated there was a sofa in the room. None. Coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. None unless we went to desk and asked. They were too busy to bring them up. If visitor was unable to do this for themselves, this would not be good.

Ok hotel with tub issues at Farmington Hills,Mi

Plumbing issue in bath tub standing water when showering. Soooooooooo Nasty!!! 2 nights in a row. Maintenance did not come after complaining about ot after 1st night. Tub was stopped up they finally came 30 min before we checked , need to do better!! But night staff lady Wanda was so sweet and pleasant.

Nice hotel overall

Checked in due to power outage. Associate at the front desk was very nice and did his best to make check in quick and painless since we were all already inconvenienced by the storm. When I entered the room, the AC was blasting and the room was ice cold. I found this to be outrageous since I was trying to escape an ice storm, but the room warmed up quickly once I turned on the heat. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but it was satisfactory. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again or recommend to a friend.

Clean and comfortable room with thin walls. Breakfast is coffee and a granola bar. WiFi didn't work the first night. Decent.

Not Recommended!

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Everything about rooms should improve
Location: there was nothing special about this place and around it!
The room were very smelly. It was a very strong smell of something in the room all the time. We even left the windows open for the whole period but the smell were there! No breakfast there, Just table of very cheap coffee and some muffins and that's all. Uncomfortable beds, very cheap pillows and blankets.
