Reasonable and convenient

Pros: Location - access to main roads, shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Larger towels?? :-)
Location: Plenty of options for restaurants within minutes by car
I've stayed here on two occasions and been very satisfied. The hotel is quiet and is located in a good location which offers easy access to I96 and the northern suburbs. Lots of restaurants and other shopping are located nearby by car. The staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens.

Impossible to get a room in which the electric and plumbing both work. No repairs done in 4 days despite multiple requests. Towels rationed (you can’t get another dry towel until you return the inadequate one you had) and this is corporate policy! Items like coffee maker, drying rack for dishes, toaster, unavailable (this is part of the offered package). Staff (mostly) friendly but helpless. One exception is a day clerk who was both unhelpful and unfriendly, refusing even to add a repair request to the list two days in a row. Mgr refunded 1night of 4 in an attempt to make things right. While we appreciated the gesture, we see no reason to return. Corporate policy appears penny wise and pound foolish, failing to maintain, staff, or properly stock the premises.

Nice place to stay but has some booking issues

Cons: Need to have logo sign replace with name of hotel as the name on the side of the building is obscured by large trees
We drove past the hotel as the name of it was obscured behind large trees and did not recognize the logo sign on the street (no name, just logo). It was only when we turned around coming back the other way was the name visible on the side of the building. We booked one room with 2 double beds. Upon check-in they didn't have any available so while they provided us with two rooms with single queens at no extra cost, it was inconvenient going back and forth between the two rooms..

Awful

There was a giant stain (I can only believe it to be urine and feces) on the blanket under the sheet and the mattress. When I pulled back the sheet the blanket under neath was covered in hair. Super gross. I was there for less than 10 minutes and was immediately refunded when I drug the blanket down to the desk.
