Disrespectful staff

The man that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. While telling me he couldn't help me with my issue, he was condescending and laughed. No reason to be such a jerk! I'll never recommend or book a room there again.

Under Renovation

Hotel was under renovation. Lobby was tore up. Hallways had no carpet and only exposed concrete. All signs were taped to wall. Very noisy construction. They should have let people know before booking.

Ed, I apologize for the renovations. Since you've left in mid May we have all of the new tile in! New furniture for the lobby and breakfast room are ordered and hopefully will be on their way soon! Carpet is being replaced now. Come see us again! Kim ( GM)

They are remodeling now but the service was wonderful and the continental breakfast was wonderful.

We are moving right along, I'm glad we didn't bother you all too much. We have all the tile work done! The carpet is almost finished in the lobby, carpet slowly going n the rooms as well. .New furniture won't be here for another 3 weeks or so :(

overnight for campus visit

beside hotel is under construction. clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, staff works so hard to make sure enough food for all. wish can stay more than one night, will come back for another campus visit.

Nice hotel

Stayed there for one night while working in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Bed was broke,wifi was terrible front desk clerk was never at desk at night and was told about bed Sunday morning after we waited for him he didn't seem interestec

Smelly

Our room smelled and we thought it was our swimming stuff but we are pretty certain it was the heater. It smelled like wet socks. GROSS!
