Amazed by the large breakfast menu....for the money it was the most variety I've ever seen. Room was quite large and bathroom was modern. Only wish the bathroom lights weren't so harsh white. We had to extend our stay one extra night and the staff got us the low rate we had using Expedia and they kept us in the same room, so no need to remove all of our luggage for just a few hours to check into another room. Would stay here again.

Don't book until remodel is finished

Do NOT book until finding out if renovation is finished. Lobby was unusable due to scaffolding and ongoing work (we had to meet in our room instead), fitness center is closed. No one was at front desk when we arrived. We waited a while amidst the scaffolding. When advertised services are not available due to remodel - that should be disclosed at time of booking. We did not ask for a handicap room, but received one which meant the shower could not be used until we removed a seat from the bathtub each day. The pool and jacuzi were very nice - but we won't stay here again while in Farmington.

OK hotel hard to find

Emotional reaction to difficulty finding this hotel may have soured our thoughts. Most of the finding difficulty in finding had to do with sign shortages in most of New Mexico . Thanks to an elderly Navajo gentleman we finally got there tired and frustrated after a full day drive.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

didn't know that the pool was being renovated. was disappointed by that. breakfast was so so. bacon was dry and too small. no potatoes either.

Generally a nice Hotel

Pros: Good Breakfast
Cons: Cheaper rates during construction
Location: Location is ok , generally everything in Farmington is within 5 to 10 minutes
Well was disappointed that the Hotel was under construction. No Pool or Hot tub. No Fitness center. Construction noise during the day.
