The only thing i didnt like was the quality of the protein selections for breakfast, however the overall experience more than made up for it :)

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry about your situation causing you to leave the hotel after 9 pm. On your second night. However the policy is that use of a room after 7 pm, is considered a full days charge, as we are unable to get the room ready for sale.Once again our apologies.

Our apologies again, as we explained numerous times to you on the phone and in person, you were charged once for your stay, the pending authorization is simply a hold on your card that is required by your lending institution. The difference in the hold and the actual final charge is refunded to your account by your lending institution somewhere between 3-31 days. Please refer to them for the exact amount of time to have those funds available. Thank you again for staying with us. I am sorry this is confusing. Your bank can further explain the process if needed.

We stayed eight days here, Katie was one of the people who made our visit wonderful. It was my wife’s birthday and we were staying to see grandkids. She was very hospitable and helpful with getting a fan and feather pillows for our room. On my wife’s birthday she helped to make it very special Kudos for Katie at the Hilton place.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The beds are very uncomfortable and our shower was dirty and didn’t drain well so we stood in a pool of water as we showered. Also there was some karaoke thing going on at night and it was very loud outside our widow. Otherwise great area and fairly clean.

The staff and breakfast was quite good. However, in our 4-day stay, our room was frequently without heat. On one day, the holiday, no one was on duty to fix it. When the crew came back, the heat was on for some hours and then didn’t return until 4 AM on the day we were checking out. December in Salt Lake is typically in the 20’s -30’s- too cold for problem heat.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this hotel for Christmas. We had an amazing experience both times. The hotel staff is always so friendly and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. You can walk to shop, to eat, to go to a movie, or to enjoy the decorations and lights along the shops at Farmington Station. We love it here and will be staying again in the future.

Unfortunately there was no parking, except at the local bus station!!! When I called about the issue, I was told to find a place to park and go outside at 9pm (the MALL closes then and people begin to leave) and find a more appropriate parking spot. BUT before the reservation was made, I called the hotel shared my story with the front desk; let them know we were from out of STATE, let them know we would be towing an extra vehicle and the front desk lady said there would be no problem, the hotel wasn't filled to occupancy There would be plenty of parking. Well, the hotel shares a parking lot with a MALL. This fact was not disclosed to us. Because of course people will be shopping with the holiday's just around the corner. We had to make a reservation at the local Hampton Inn; they had parking and were very accommodating! Keep in mind, we already paid for our reservation at the Hyatt Place. With no intentions to cancel our booking we didn't pay for cancelation/refund exceptions. Being dishonest to your customers just to get a booking is unexceptable! I expect TRANSPARENCY! It's the holidays and the hotel should know it's own parking circumstances!!!

Convenient location, nice hotel
Location is wonderful, so much to do within walking distance. We've stayed here several times before and always have a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, i think it's time to update the mattress. Breakfast has good variety, room clean, nice hotel and friendly staff.

Very nice hotel the beds are very firm didn’t sleep very well and it’s in the middle of an outdoor mall so some times it was very hard to park fresh fruit in the morning at breakfast was great.

Meh…. I would stay somewhere else.
The hotel was nice. The entrance was super confusing. You walk into a wall with a set of stairs off to the right. There was no sign. You had to go upstairs to check in which was fine but weird. The bed was not comfy. The room was clean. Breakfast was terrible. Cold powdered eggs and potatoes. Pulled a glass mug for some cocoa and it was really dirty inside so we got a paper cup instead. I won’t stay here again. Not worth the extra money.

Generic but great location
The hotel and room felt a little bland, generic and plain.Thank goodness the view from our room made up for it. Our breakfast was very basic. Toast, bagels, fruits, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, milk, coffee and tea were available. The concierge were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will come back for the convenience of where it is located. Relaxing for a one night staycation.

Very dissapointed
The rooms were clean but for what i paid i was very dissapponted. The breakfast in the morning was ego waffles, eggs and sausage. The staff runs the starbucks and my hot chocolate tastes bad. They need to upgrade that breakfast! Location was spot on for shopping and entertainment.
