Accommodating staff

Pros: LOTS of parking. We had a truck/trailer, so this was nice.
Location: 9 Pizza across the road was really good!
We arrived about 9:00am and had no where to go until check in time. They got us in rooms even though we arrived WAY early. After an all night drive, it was nice to be able to shower and nap until the rest of our group arrived later in the day.

Nice staff but negative on staying here.

I had booked this place online expecting it to be ok. When I got there, it had an overpowering smell of bleach. I appreciate the cleaning but maybe do that at night. The place felt cramped. The ceiling were low, probably 7 to 7.5 feet. Gave kind of a clostraphobic feel. None of the above was detrimental because it was one night and the lady at the counter was super friendly. She was great. However, got in the room and saw on the nightstand a bedbug. No doubt about it. Just turned around and left. Didn't say a word. Went down the street and stayed elsewhere.

Hotel was decent for the price. Pool and spa were awesome. The breakfast was not good to put it nicely.

Nice room and good breakfast for the price.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Hotel is old and needs renovation/improvements. However, the room air conditioning, fridge, and microwave were all in great shape and worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable and felt like new. The breakfast buffet was good (hot food - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, cereal), not great, but included with the cost of the room. Overall, a good value for the amount paid.

Pretty run down.

Our bathroom smelled like old urine. The hallway and stair carpets were all very dirty. There were large holes in the carpet in elevators. But the staff was great, and the pool was fun.

Disappointed with service!

We only had room service once on the four nights we stayed there. Every morning we told by the front desk that our room would be cleaned when we came back but it wasn't The breakfast selection wasn't like our previous stays. There weren't as many selections and the food that they had was in short supply or out. Overall we feel that this hotel's service has gonn down! We had to go down to the front desk for towel and toilet supplies! We were very disappointed and plan to stay at another hotel on our next trip to Farmington, NM.

The desk clerk was very helpful. Even with an angry guy behind me that did not want to wait his turn. The rooms were very spacious, which comes in handy with a family of 5. The hotel is a bit run down but that is reflected in the price which was a steal.

beautiful hotel

Pros: The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff kept it refilled.
Cons: We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you. The only thing I would change, is the fact that the bar was closed.
Location: The river walk was very nice.
Very nice large, clean room. Hotel staff was efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
