      Never again...

First off there is no mention about there being zero parking near the hotel. This place is Valet Parking only. If you attempt to find parking, the street is metered and municipal parking will not allow overnight parking. The only lot I found was several blocks away and so secluded it didn't feel safe parked there. I checked out after 30 min of driving around looking for a place to park. The clerk didn't seem surprised, almost like I wasn't the first to say anything. The hotel from what I had seen was small, and looked outdated. Small lobby that had an entrance to a restaurant/ bar. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money. Looked pretty good. Too bad I wasn't able to stay.

      Not handicapped accessible

I reserved an "accessible" room. It did have some sort of doorbell for hard of hearing guests, but the bathroom did not have grab bars installed, not even in the very large shower. There was nothing to grip as you climbed in and out. Oh, and yes, I said climbed - there was a raised threshold at the entrance to the shower, so a wheel chair would definitely not be able to get in. Also, the doors to the wing did not have ADA controls. This is NOT accessible.

      • Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

This hotel is decorated like a bad experience in the 1950’s. The “suite” was really two adjoining rooms and a sitting area. That was not cleaned. The beds are on wooden slats and was poorly made. It was 35 outside and I had to ask for heat to be turned on. The restaurant for a dinner was closed. I associate Farmville with great furniture and charm. Won’t repeat this experience over charged for what you get
