We had a really good time at this property it was very lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Sara from egypt at the front desk was very helpful and made our stay even more wonderful. Thank you to all of the staff!

Given that it is a five star hotel, I expected my room to be nicer. We were three people, and I specifically booked a room for three, so they brought a roll away cot. Also despite it being a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The staff were very kind, the room service was excellent.

Amazing hotel.
It was amazing trip the hotel services was amazing and all employees were very helpful I really recommend this hotel for everyone to stay beside the spa it’s wonderful for relaxing time.
Too much variety of breakfast buffet.

Convenient and hassle free. Good restaurants. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I did smell cigarette smoke coming through the hvac which was a bit unpleasant, but not intolerable.

Two Night Business Trip
Stayed here for 2 nights for a work meeting in Kuwait. Really nice and comfortable hotel - but most of all, the staff could not be more friendly and helpful.... really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and was happy with the service. Complimentary courtesy car to the airport was also an unexpected bonus! Nice Pool, Nice Food, Nice Rooms...
