Facility close to the beach

Establishment is a high class Motel and not a Chateau like the name says, nothing compared to Chateau Frontenac or Champlain in Canada. Not at the same level as a Hampton Inn or Hilton/Sharaton.
WiFi: Choppy access from the room were we stayed and pitifull performance at around 40 Kb/s, needed to go either to the laundry room or reception area to get better performance. Staff wasn`t able to fix issues during the 8 days of our stay. Please use the Tim Horton`s WiFi at Cap-aux-Meules, you won`t be dissapointed.
TV: If you are from the 80`s you will be right at home, only thing missing is a Beta/VHS player. Cable reception is about as the same quality as with a abbit ears antenna.
Beds: Had booked 2 Queen size beds on Expedia but they have nothing as such, max available was 1Q and 1 Double. No compensation offered. Error from Hotel or Expedia??? management kept mute on the issue.
Please use/bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner: saw two cleaning ladies at different occations emptying used bottles into another in order to make a new one.
Cell signal: pittyful from Fido as the "Chateau" is located between two dunes (as they call them over there) so you have to move around to seek a good signal.
Paid hot breakfasts: not worth the money as they are tasteless and overcooked (we had 3 omelettes) with almost no fruits.
Continental breakfasts: Pretty boring cold stuff after a few days.
Comments sent to management but never got a reply.
