Fayetteville Condominium Resorts to Rent

"It's a great place if you want people to hear you use the bathroom with their barn doors separating your time on the toilet and people on the other side pretending they can't hear. (or smell) Also, THERE IS NO FREE PARKING! They will essentially force you to use their valet or park far away. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a place to stay. "

"The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was extremely humid for no reason, and smelled of mildew. It was unpleasant. "

"The quality of the room was what I expected for this category of hotel. Clean and good space. Suite was good for family of 4 with two teenagers. Breakfast was not good. No restocking of items so by 9am almost nothing was left. Coffee was subpar."

"If you enjoy privacy, don’t book the king suite, 201. I booked a “king suite with balcony with a resort view”. And we were put in a room facing the parking lot. Lacking privacy — due to sheer curtains, only. The bedroom (separate from living room) also lacked substantial curtains. We felt like we were in a display case to everyone coming and going. No refrigerator. Found an empty bottle of men’s shampoo in the shower. Which I was willing to see past, but worth mentioning at this point. The Estate is beautiful, wish we would have had the pleasure of viewing it from our king suite balcony. I give it a 4/10."

"What i didn't like was they sent me to a room when I got there it hadn't been cleaned yet but they did put me in a room that had been done and it was clean and nice room but there was no wifi It had little to no connection at all the walls were thin that anytime someone ran water in the next room it was pretty loud"

"The paperwork given says “Starbucks open 24 hours”, however we have stayed at this location several times and the Starbucks has not been available. "
