Trapped w no elevator

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Yes! Equipment and staff need attention
Location: Ok
No elevator working and only second floor rooms! Not told until after check in. No effort at any assistance with bags or any discount. Uncaring ROBOTS! AARP Expedia no help! WHY?

Close to 95

On our way from NH to Florida with a 26 Ft fully loaded moving truck, towing a full size car on trailer, the three (3) of us in the cab... me my beloved, and our Sadie Shepard. Plenty of place to park our big rig, close to Rt 95, they accept pets, and very good complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good rate to the services provided. The worse stay ever

Location: Everything was closed, total black out.
There was no lights, no hot water. No hot complimentary breakfast. It was a mess. No air conditioner. It was hot in the room windows bolted close. Didn't get any sleep.

Kindly note Hurricane Matthew was a natural digester and We wish somehow we could control “Hurricane Matthew” and save thousands of effected persons including you and us, in the 600 mile radius everyone was badly affected, no one has power, several power poles, thousands of trees, houses were destroyed, all the water level had gone up and it was flooded and we were in state of emergency, thousands of people were looking for safe shelters, it was worst digester and situation was too grim... Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future. Nice place to put your head down

Staff were awesome, room was very clean, and nicely decorated. Easy on easy off I95, food close by, we will stay here again.

Tired traveler

I was looking to stay overnight to rest and regroup from a 15 hour road trip. I saw many options along I95, I chose this hotel because it looked safe and inviting from the road, well lit and updated looking not falling apart, as well as inexpensive and breakfast included. I checked in in a matter of minutes and was in My room in no time. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to do some work online before a much needed nights sleep. I woke early, had coffee and breakfast in the lobby and checked out fairly quickly, I was only part way home on a long road trip.

A Disappointed Stay

Pros: Right off I 95
Cons: Bed comfort. Don't use room right next to the elevator without letting customer know about it.
Room was practically in the elevator and was very small. When you step off elevator was immediately to left by itself. All other rooms were in hallway. We asked to be transferred but told by clerk there were no other queen bed rooms available. Bed was a little hard. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Pros: easy to get to, clean, comfortable
Cons: For the price, I thought it was fine.
just stayed one layover night, arrived late (11 pm) and left early. It was perfect for that. Bed was comfortable and we all rested well.

Good for the money

Chose this hotel because of the reviews and proximity to my destination. The hotel is what I expected, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The pillows, I must say, were avery pleasant surprise. They offered four to a bed with a different firmness. All of them were firm enough and full enough to give support. This was unexpected at a 2 star hotel. The exit however left a lot to be desired. There isn't much on it.
