There was no lights, no hot water. No hot complimentary breakfast. It was a mess. No air conditioner. It was hot in the room windows bolted close. Didn't get any sleep.

With over numerous different properties nearby… exit 72 on I – 95 interstate highways to choose from, we greatly honored that you decided to stay with us at hotel Comfort Inn – Dunn.
In addition to this, on behalf of our entire team, I would like to make an apology as we are failing to exceed your expectations, our sincere apology at this juncture and ask for forgiveness for the same, we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience cause to you. Kindly note Hurricane Matthew was a natural digester and We wish somehow we could control “Hurricane Matthew” and save thousands of effected persons including you and us, in the 600 mile radius everyone was badly affected, no one has power, several power poles, thousands of trees, houses were destroyed, all the water level had gone up and it was flooded and we were in state of emergency, thousands of people were looking for safe shelters, it was worst digester and situation was too grim... Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future.
