This is my go to hotel in Fayetteville. This was not as good as past stays due to the fact that the cleanliness was not as good. There was something on the blanket and also hair on the bed linens. Some of the furniture also looked worn and in need of replacement or repair. Staff was great. Quiet hotel.

I usually stay at the embassy at least twice a year. I think it’s time for them to replace the rugs in the rooms. Things are starting to look old and dated. And clean the rooms better, especially in the corners.

Honestly, the staff wasn’t fruebdky but they weren’t rude either. I just expected more pleasantness. My hotel room showed quite a bit of wear and tear and it was clear that it hasn’t been upgraded in some time. For the money, I feel like it was a mediocre stay and in this area there are many other brands so I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel was accommodating and moved us to another room after the first room smelled highly of dog urine upon entering. They really need to ensure the rooms are being cleaned/sanitized properly after pets has stayed in the room or maybe they should have rooms that they don’t allow pets. Other than that very nice newer hotel.

Very clean room. Well appointed. Checkin was easy and quick. All staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was superb. One of the best hotels in this area.

I enjoyed my first time staying here. VERY spacious room and bathroom. I wish the showers were a tad bit hotter but nothing too bad . I loved what the stay had to offer (bar, Starbucks, room service, etc.) Although, I did see ONE bed bug in the bathroom on a towel and immediately killed it. Other than that, no problems. Definitely recommend!

Irena was so awesome at checkin and checkout, a real asset to a guests arrival and departure experience. Room did not feel or look clean. Morning cooking crew were not hospitable. Servers were very pleasant.

I feel the pool should be cleaned periodically through out the day because the hot tub was bubbling like there was soap or something in it. Also pool should be heated and breakfast should last longer!!!!!

Nice hotel, beware it attracts partying
Someone kept calling my room phone and hanging up. The front desk told me they could not help so I was forced to unplug the phone. Therefore I did not sleep well, and when the fire alarm went off at 7am and then turned back off two minutes later- I had it. Nice clean hotel but they need to take better care what kind of garbage they let stay there. This was too expensive of a hotel to have to deal with random people causing problems at all hours.

The fire alarm went off while we were there multiple times. The breakfast was plentiful but super salty. The room needed dusting. Dirty chair. Also, they deactivated our room key an hour before checkout.
