Don't waste your money

Hotel staff was never at the front desk to assist. They just kept a sign up that said helping other guests even though they were often sitting in the back room. This is the first extended stay hotel that we stayed in that did not provide any kitchen amenities; no utensils, dishes, glasses, towels, etc. The microwave was small and the refrigerator old. The TV reception was old and the channels very limited. They also did not provide any channel guide. Overall, very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

Great hotel!! There accommodating great location

Pros: The rooms are spacious and very accommodating they have refrigerator stove is perfect for extended-stay and the location is In the heart of Fayettevil
Cons: And many times there wasn't anyone at the front desk
Location: Great location near restaurants and the mall
The place is a great place to stay at refrigerator stove microwave in the room and great for extended-stay great location convenient to restaurants in the mall I would highly recommend it

Not too shabby

I spent a couple of nights here and was pleasantly surprised. For the cost, I felt it was adequate and I was happy with my stay.

Great hotel...but not up to date amentities

I changed to this hotel because the one I was in was dirty and broken down and when I goth there after we paid then they tell us the pool is broken wich was not even posted on the website. So the kids were very upset and as a parent i had to make it up by taking them to a pool nearby. Next time it should state that pool is closed for repairs.

The Hotel was clean and the service was good, Local the some great restaurant's and Fort Bragg, I will be staying there again if I am back in the area.

Very Disappointed Stay

Pros: absolutely nothing, wont ever stay there or any other Extended Stay for fear its run the same way.
Cons: that particular one needs a lot of supervision or cleaning.
Location: location is good, lots of restaurants and easy to get to expressways.
not very clean, shower faucet not working properly, shower curtains had awful mildew smell, drainage of tub very poor. Clerk never told me at check in that the kitchen utensils needed to be picked up at the desk, none were available in the room. WIFI is awful, very poor wifi service. Clerks not friendly not even visible until you walk up to the desk. Its a dirty place.

Perfect!

I came into town last minute and needed a room. The hotel was in the perfect location for food and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. My daughter and I were only staying for one night but would have been fine for longer. The room was spacious and set up nicely. The kitchen area and bathroom was very clean. I will definitely stay there again!
