Very bad

Very bad in everything from the first moment I arrived I had a bad experience with the staff they gave me a room that was not clean Then they let me wait half an hour to get the next room And the room so smelly I had to use my own air fresher I never recommend it to the others

Could not stay there

We demanded and received (thank you to the manager) a full refund. It was terrible. Smelly. Cockroaches. Mildew. Do not book this hotel.

Quality is higher than expected for the price

Pros: Price, location
Cons: Breakfast could be improved but it is good enough
Location: Omni gym, Starbucks, right next to All American Freeway, multiple restaurants in walking distance
I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was for the price. I paid such a low price and therefore I was surprised by the conditions, comparatively. They renovated. It's not the best of the best, but worth staying there over more expensive places...Also, Starbucks and Zaxby's is walking distance, so this will be my permanent hotel whenever I am in Fayetteville

Check in employee was very nice, the other employees I had contact with had attitudes. Some didn't greet guest. Certain parts of the room wasn't clean as far as the kitchen area.

Good location and room

Good location and great room. Only problem was lack of hot water in bathroom sink and kitchenette, but shower did have hot water. Good spot for a family or couple!

Hotel staff was very kind and they called when I was settled into my room to make sure o had everything I needed. The room itself was very gross. I had just stayed in an extended stay in Lynchburg that was great but this one was incredibly disappointing. I moved a chair closer to the bed and found food, beer bootleg caps, and a dirty bandaid! And the room smelled. I felt gross the next morning when I left.
