This is by far the nicest we have stayed at on our trip heading south from Maine. It is under some exterior renovation, but the inside is beautiful. Complimentary breakfast also best we’ve had by a long shot! Would most definitely stay here again !

Clean, comfortable, newly renovated.
Reservation had issues at check in. Issue was between hotels.com and the hotel. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful while fixing the issue. Room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Hotel is currently under renovations but there is very little construction noise. I was very unhappy with the inability to change inputs on the tv. Instead of being able to connect my device to hdmi I was stuck with very basic cable.

The hotel was clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the ladies cleaning to the lady handing the breakfast, very polite and friendly. Welcoming experience from the time you check in to the time you check out. Rooms are nice size and very clean. Enjoyed the bathroom as well. Morning breakfast was great with variety. Enjoyed my stay

My stay was amazing. The big spacious rooms, comfy beds and clean bathroom and rooms were such a plus. The halls were clean and quiet and the staff was like family, the breakfast was a delight! I can’t wait to come back again.

Both my wife and I have disabilities and everyone went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was fantastic, all of the facilities were very clean and well-kept. The best part of our stay there were the people who worked there. We’ll use Holiday Inn Express again

I booked a king suite and was called a few hours before arriving and told that my room would not be ready in time for my stay and I would be placed in a double queen. Then, the AC broke during the first night of the stay and the staff was apathetic about it. I had to leave after just one night because it was so unbearable in our room with the heat and humidity. I woke up with a splitting headache from the pressure in the room without AC. The room was barely decent to sleep in but the floors were grungy throughout the hotel (I wore sandals everywhere so my feet would not touch the floor) and there was a hole in one of the bed’s comforters. Also, randomly spliced patches in the walls, no functioning USB ports, 1 available outlet to charge laptop/phone, unattentive staff and smokers lining the walkway on the way in and out of the hotel. All in all I will never stay there again!

Not a memorable stay in Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg are
Not a memorable stay in Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area. Given how many choices at similar price points there are in this immediate area, Holiday Inn Express was not notable in a positive way. We had several small problems that added up to hassles. First, no hot water in the shower on the first night we arrived, nor the next morning after breakfast. That seems to be a basic requirement for a hotel (having enough hot water). Second, the hotel wi-fi wasn't working. I tried signing on about 4 times the correct way, and it kept telling me that my name was not valid. After calling the front desk, they gave me a special pass code to use, which also didn't work. Bottom line: their wi-fi was not working at all when I needed to use it. (So why not give me an error message saying the wifi was down rather than "Name and room number not recognized?"). Finally, some problems in the breakfast area about 45 min before the breakfast was supposed to end: lots of loud noises from a worker dumping boxes on the ground between the seating area and the side door, leading to the laundry room. When I complained to the front desk staff (who were as close to the noise as I was), they had no idea what I was talking about. Overall a 2 star experience at a 3 star hotel!

Overall, a good experience. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were a little dated and in need of some TLC. Surroundings were a little less than to be desired. Amenities were fine.

The hotel location was okay once you left the property as it was tocked way back in a corner and the only views I had were of construction going on next door. I also discovered later on in the night that neither of my 2 room phones worked. the toliet seat did not match up with the toliet bowl?? I wish I had taken a picture of that. The breakfast sausage was under cooked had to go to the Golden Coral for breafast. I would not book this hotel again.
