They are still renovating and you cannot park near your room on the far side. People were smoking marijuana and loud at night. We were locked out of our room and had to change rooms the first morning. We left a day early and can’t get a refund.

The manager, Brittney, was so doggone pleasant and helpful! The outside was noisy, a result of I- 95 and the offramp, which radiated to my hotel room, but I used my phone with YouTube with a fan sound, and slept for 8 hours. No noise from adjacent rooms. I know there's a big Red Roof sign way off the road, but if I had not known where the hotel was, I would have missed it. There needs to be a sign by the road to help drivers, because the hotel blends in, especially with the Mexican Restaurant that is hiding the hotel. I will be visiting Red Roof again. Liked the staff, the room was good size and beds comfortable. Did not like that I was double charged by Expedia and the hotel and that we were placed on the back side that was not well lit and you felt a bit unsafe until you got into your room.

This property is very dirty, the microwave was disgusting with mold in 😞I’m very disappointed plus the carpet was wet at the time that I stepped in the room 😞 the front lady was very rude and unprofessional her clothes was very dirty at the time that I passed the door I thought she was a homeless lady 😞😞sorry for all of this but I hope they fix this soon. Because I stayed in this hotel in other areas and other state and so far I haven’t had any issues.

The comforter had cigarette burns in it, there were holes in the wall, no trash can, no sink stopper, big chips in the tub, TV didnt work. The fromt desk said they were talking to the owner and would call me back...never called back...and this room was remodeled!

The room was not nearly as clean as it should be and the door to the outside had a gap below the doorknob and floor along the door jamb. We did not stay the night. The clerk was exceptionally nice and accommodating.

I’m so appalled about the rude staffs and honestly will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anybody. It’s roach infested. Non smoking rooms had burnt holes in sheets from smokers. I had to change rooms literally 5 times and they were all the same. It’s not safe for anyone to be in such environment.

Its in a small town, not upscale but totally met the needs of what we needed. Super convenient area, highly recommend the hotdog hamburger haven nearby. The hotel istelf just needs updating, looked like they were in the process of addressing it so that part is good. Staff were super nice.

First room had a 2ft mold spot on the ceiling, rusted lamp stands and mold smells. Second room was a no-smoking room supposedly, stunk of cigarettes had burns on the cover blanket. The chair had black stains on it. Had another guest scope out the tools in my truck. I booked another hotel that was 8 minutes away, and would not recommend this as a safe or clean place to stay. Its one positive point is that the gentleman working the main desk was very friendly and courteous. Would be happy to provide photos of the rooms conditions if requested.

The worst hotel we've ever had the displeasure of staying in. The employee at the desk was hyping us up like we were about to stay in a luxurious newly renovated room. The front door didn't lock fully, cigarette burns on the sheets, bathtub was a nightmare, no fridge, no trashcan, walls are thin and bare, wall heater was loud. Pretty much everything that could be wrong was wrong. Just a horrible stay, avoid at any cost.

Hotel needs a lot of tlc.
Unfortunately, we checked in and checked out. The room had an odor to it. Water stains on the ceiling, light fixture in the bathroom had 6 bulbs out of 7 out. Main light in room did not work. Bathroom had mold in it. I was so disappointed that I did not take pictures as I could not get out of there fast enough.

I have never in my life ever been treated so disrespectfully, because the employee was having a bad day. The room was a non smoking room that stunk of cigarette smoke. Bugs in bathroom. Opened soaps. Room not cleaned. The women checking me in was nasty and rude. Told the person in front of me “If you don’t like your room come back for refund. I ain’t got no other rooms!” My husband and I went to look at the room and immediately went back to the front desk and asked her for refund. she wouldn’t even speak to me, she said “ here, it will take 7-10 for the money to be returned” . Then as I walked out my card was charged AGAIN! This place is unbelievable! DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL

Room smelled musty, bathroom door would not close, carpets may have been vaccumed but need cleaning, chair dirty and stained, lampshade dirty, ceiling has stains and paint peeling in several places. Beds sheets were clean and bed fairly comfortable. Bedspreads were stained. Sink and toilet were clean but toilet did not always refill and had to be adjusted in the tank.

Hotel did not have my reservation. Had to wait over an hour to get a room. Room was in the middle of a construction zone with nails, sharp metal and other debris on the ground as hazard to dogs. Room was absolutely filthy, with plaster bits on floor and beds. Beds had NO blankets, tub had pubic hairs on walls. Rug was filthy and sticky, did not look like had been vacuumed in months.

I have never been to such a dirty and disgusting hotel in my life. Discarded toilets left out on the porches, construction debris everywhere, my room’s floor was wet and the furniture rusty and so severely stained it couldn’t be used. I woke up to bugs crawling across the refrigerator. I will never stay in the quality and again. I’ve used Expedia for years, but can’t imagine why they would lose this property. I might need to move on to another booking company.

The property was under mass construction inside and out. Trash everywhere! My room was old, dirty and smelly, with roaches! No remote for TV-one channel! I didn't even take a shower in the morning! We stopped for the night on a long road trip. Upon check in the receptionist apologized for an issue occurring with a guest that involved police. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, smelled and the floor was even wet in one. The hotel is “under construction” and the “workers” are absolutely disgusting verbally terrorizing female guests. All I asked of the front desk was needing a clean, dry and safe place to let my 2 very young children sleep for the night. This was the exact opposite. Words do not do this place justice. We checked the bed for bugs before sleeping for the night and found an extremely large cockroach in the bed. That was it for me. I grabbed my kids, ran for the front desk got my money back and left. Save yourself the trouble and drive across the street to a much nicer hotel

This property is under construction. The room was filthy, had mold, and run down. I felt unsafe so I left shortly after checking in. There were workers right outside my rooms door drinking beer. I would like a full refund as the hotel wasn’t safe and in horrible condition.

They should not be renting room 106 to anybody. It was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Bugs, flies, filthy carpet, a smell so bad you had to cover your nose, and it looked like bloody toilet paper on the ceiling above the bed. There were also numerous brown spots on the ceiling that I was afraid to guess what it was.

You could tell this was used for prostitution just by walking into the check in desk. The room smelled so bad I got nauseous. Immediately checked for bed bugs but found gross stains instead. Could not stay the night, checked out right then and there and went across to the Hampton.
