Clean. Pleasant innkeeper willing to make accommodation for late arrival and early departure. Bed not that comfortable and the room was too dark. Light blown out in ceiling fixture and only one dim lamp. Could use nightstand on both sides of bed. Arived on a cold, very rainy night. Had the fireplace (gas) been on and if there was more light in entry parlor, would have seemed more welcoming. All in all, a good experience, but not stellar.

My wife and I have an affinity to B&Bs and loved this little diamond. It offers a home away from home with the warm staff (Mary) and breakfast table talk. There's enough room to get away and read / study if need be as well.

Such A Devine Delight
What a beautiful location! The old victorian is magnificent. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast a great start to the day and a nice g'bye before hitting the road again.

Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
Great place We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast on the way to florida and was so impressed we made another reservation for the way home. We will be staying there again in january. This place was a gem. Innkeeper Mary was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk with during our stay. We give this place 6 stars out of 5. Great job

quiet B&B not far from I-95
beautiful old house with large rooms and nearby nicely priced good restaurants, comfortable for single travelers. great half way stop between DC and GA line.

Bare Minimum But Beautiful.
The inn was beautiful and the caretaker was nice. The room was comfortable. However, they had no amenities as mentioned on the site (No bottled water, soap). Our cup at breakfast had lipstick stains on it. There was no choice in breakfast for those with dietary restriction. No kids cups, no straws. I would bring my own next time and eat elsewhere. The bed was very comfortable and the house and grounds were beautiful.

Great B&B
Our stay at Simply Divine was excellent. We actually stayed twice, once on our way to Florida and we liked it so much we stayed on our way back from Florida. It is a beautiful house, the rooms are large, and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

From the time of our arrival to the time of our departure we enjoyed a very nice experience at SIMPLY DIVINE. The innkeeper met us on our arrival and was very nice and friendly. She escorted us to our room and explained everything to us. She prepared a very nice breakfast for us the next morning. Would go back again.

It was Simply divine!
A lovely home nicely decorated for Halloween/fall. Our hostess was charming and very attentive we loved the comfortable bed and enjoyed our stay.

Historic homey feel
I was impressed upon entering the B&B. If I had one thing to change it would be the mildewy smell in the carpets but the entry, the grand hall, the dining room and my room we're all very beautiful. Not a sound at night. Very relaxing.

Very Aptly Named...
It's a very aptly named bed and breakfast: It really is "Simply Divine." The house was built in 1900 and has the feel of a gracious bygone era, from it's library entry, to the vintage furniture, to Mary Grey its inviting, accommodating, and hard-working hostess/owner. It was a delight to be her guest. And, we had the unexpected bonus of finding the William C Lee Airborne Museum just a few doors away.

Based upon other incredible reviews, we chose to stay at Simply Divine. We were disappointed, but our expectations were possibly too high, and we expected too much from the new owner who seems to have her hands full with 2 young children. The place was very quaint. I would have liked to learn more about its history.

Classic, stately home/ gracious host/hostess
This is our second overnight stay here. It was the 2nd day for the nice couple who are now owners/operators. The former owners are assisting them with the transition. The home is a "classic': in a very nice residential neighborhood of Dunn, just a couple of miles off of I-95. Our room was comfortable, nice bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious homecooked breakfast in the a.m. including sweet potato pancakes (a house specialty!!). I am sure the hostess, Mary, will be accommodating to your requests/needs. We would stay again. There are also numerous restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.

Saint bernard welcomed
The hoteliers and friends warmly welcomed me and my Saint Bernard after a long drive. The fireplaces were cozy and it was like walking into my family room after a long trip. The breakfast was yummy. I felt a slight bit rushed to leave so they could get ready for new guests, but I'm a later more leisurely riser. They were very accommodating and great conversationalists, and told me of a local museum that was worth the visit.

Spent one night at Simply Divine B&B . It was a pleasant stay in a beautiful old home. Comfortable room with queen bed and private bath. Bed was comfortable . The morning breakfast was delicious , a great start to the day. We would visit again and great price .

There are 5 rooms-all very nice. Best parts of our stay was the quiet and comfort. Also thankful that they allow dogs. Simply Divine is very convenient if you are traveling on Rte 95. It could have been a little cleaner. Our floor was sticky in places. Other than that, a great place to stay, especially if you have a pet

Kelly and Micheal could not be more accommodating, they went over and beyond to make sure both our party and our stay were perfect. Our rooms were wonderfully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. The salt water pool was peaceful and refreshing. Kelly is an excellent chef both health conscious and gracious in handling our diverse needs which ranged from age 6 to 76! All were happy and raved about her salmon.
