Good location

The rooms were clean. When we arrived, the television did not work and the staff did there best to accommodate us given the late hour. The only issues were the pool and the breakfast. The pool was filthy and unusable. The breakfast was dried out across the board.

One night stay to check out Fayetteville

Pros: The best location in town and very spacious rooms
Cons: Better beds, full-size blackout curtains, sound proofed rooms, and using the industry standard of 12 noon for checkout.
Location: It's a college town with good restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, but not much else to do.
There were some positives: large room, good AC, great location, friendly staff, rainfall shower. Unfortunately there were too many important negatives. The bed sagged terribly in the middle, the curtains only went half way down the wall letting in SO much light, walls are so thin you can here everything in neighboring room and the hall, 11 am checkout.

Extended stay at The Chancellor

Pros: The staff are so positive, professional, and welcoming. It feels like coming home. Dogs are permitted. Cold water and hot coffee all day.
Cons: The bathrooms could be upgraded with privacy fans, shower grab bars, towel racks, and a small shelf for toiletries.
Location: Central downtown where the town square is, very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops and the nearby college strip.
We love The Chancellor and its staff and stayed for almost a full week this time. It's clean, close to the activities we enjoy, and it has great style. This trip was unusual in that a couple of the guests were rude - one night a party room of kids was right across the hall, and another night two young girls were talking in the hallway so loudly at 4 AM that they awoke me. This colored my trip, unfortunately, and it had nothing to do with the quality of the hotel or the professionalism of its staff - both of which are top-notch.

Ok hotel

Shower and sink drains very very slow. Water pressure terrible. Too pricey for these issues. Room was nice and close to everything. Just ok

Fantastic Location

We stayed here for Freshman move in. Location is perfect, they have room service which is nice after a long day! And a Bar!!
