Not a good choice for me

Non smoking room but apparently every other room around ours was because the smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering even in our room. No coffee maker or hair dryer in room. I will say the hotel staff was very courteous.

This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed at. Everything was dirty. Looked like nothing had ever been cleaned since it opened.

The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke including the elevator. My bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small and worn out. No curtains on the window and very noisy.

It stunk. It smelled like 100 smokers in room.

Pros: The room for the most part was clean as it could be.
Cons: Get rid of the cigarette smell.
Location: It was fine for doing things at University of Arkansas.
It felt like transients were all around the place. Elevator and everywhere you went wreaked of smoke. I understand it was an extended stay hotel but it felt more like homeless camp when entering it.

BBB 2017

This was our 1st time going to the rally. We wanted to stay some where that was convenient to get to and from and inexpensive. This was a great choice. The rooms are old but decent. It was nice having a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable. Could use another mirror in the room because the bathroom is too small for 2 people to get ready. All in all, this was a great place to stay.
