“We had a great time at Sluice Keepers Cottage however the road can be noisy during the day but the cottage is blissfully quiet at night and that is the main thing. Lovely views over Loch Fleet with a great variety of birds to watch. The cottage is really well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of places to visit in the area and a great Sunday roast can be had at The Stags Head in Golspie with very friendly staff. “The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there.
