Nice

Pros: Had kichenette
Cons: Kitchen stuff. H
Location: Lots of eating places
Had to ask for kitchen stuff which was not complete set as per picture. Stuff was not nice. No ice machine. Who doesn’t have ice. No dish soap to wash dishes with. Just the things they should think about.

Nice hotel in the snow

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel staff was very very nice very knowledgeable I think advantage of the amenities as well on the premises I would definitely recommend a friend or family to come here it's very close to restaurants and the malls in other stores in the area definitely a great place to stay

Room itself was nice and clean, also had a small kitchen space which was nice. Seemed kinda sketchy because of other tenants there. One guy snuck in when I opened door to lobby and yelled that he was a guest when questioned by receptionist (he clearly wasn't), and was not challenged by receptionist on this. Super sketch. Receptionist was really rude, and had a terrible attitude when I was checking in. Not what I expect when paying to stay the night :/

Nice folks but disappointing room.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, mostly clean (small sticky mess on kitchen counter).
Cons: Provide a kettle or coffee maker and supplies! And warmer blankets (or a second one in the closet) would be nice.
Location: All the shopping you need is very close by - you name it, it's close.
Booked this place because of the location and amenities (kitchenette). The location didn't disappoint, and the staff member at check in was welcoming and friendly. However, there is **nothing** in the kitchenette....not a mug, not a kettle, not even a coffee maker! The room is clean, but the blanket on the bed is paper thin, and in mid-November, that just doesn't cut it. The vending machines sell only pop and junk food, not coffee or hot water.....very disappointing overall. It's a step above Motel 6, but not a huge one.

Rude staff, terrible beds. Breakfast consists of coffee and granola bars. Impossible yo control the a/c. Possibly the worst hotel in greater Seattle.

Bad access, not for non-smoker this place reeks

Pros: Nothing to like because I will never stay here again.
Cons: Everything!
We stayed here Nov 4-5th. 1. Front lady with piercings put us in a SMOKING ROOM when I specifically requested a NON-Smoking room when booked through Expedia. Her excuse was they were all filled to capacity. She did find us another room later, however, this is no excuse. I don't smoke, never did, never will and smoke odor is just as nasty as smelling fumes from an open gasoline tank. 2. Place reeked of cigarette in the hall ways (3rd floor), 1st floor smells of mold or something else nasty 3. The heater mode was as loud as a power generator, how can someone sleep through that! Imagine the vent in the bathroom x4 times the loudness. I had to turn it off in the middle of a 35 degree night. 4. Breakfast is always a joke at these places so I expected that. LOL. I've stayed at other extended stay before so I thought this would be the same. Well nope, I was wrong. I will not be staying here again or recommend it to anyone. Pay a little more and stay at Best Western or something else down the street. Avoid this place like a plague.

Fair experience at best

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. Upon arriving, staff was not friendly and then told us although we had reserved a king room, since we booked "third party" nothing was guaranteed and a double was only available. Our second reservation got the king room only to find it stunk of smoke and overall was very smelly. We were promised by two diffferent employees that we would receive a call from a manager regarding our reservation and the fact that we still paid the same rate for the double as we did the king. Overall very poor customer service, room was satisfactory, considering but disappointed overall.
