"Hotel lobby was very impressive and appeared as in the photo in the website. Staff was very courteous at all times. Room was clean and in great condition. The Italian restaurant had an excellent chicken piccata and great service. The Anchor Bar in the basement was great and Steve was a fantastic bartender. "

Five stars, minus half star for long check-in time
"Overall, room was amazing. Tub didn't drain properly, but not a deal-breaker. Worst part of the experience was the exceptionally long wait time. There was a line from the front desk all the way out to the lounge. Folks checking in on a Friday, after work, you'd think they'd staff more people to expedite check-in. For a while, they had one person, then two, then finally three. For a location such as this, they should look into some sort of electronic/digital check-in kiosk. Not everyone is a Marriott/Bonvoy customer and can do electronic check in."

"The CUSTOMER SERVICE was exceptional. From Valet, to front desk to the food service. Rooms are spacious and convenient with the kitchen.
Great for families. Breakfast was included which was a plus. I recommend valeting the car it was so easy and with a touch of a link they have your car ready for in/out privileges. It was close to inner harbor & convention center. Many places to eat near by.
Things I recommend would be to have a toaster and air fryer in the kitchen. The duvet/comforter bedding needs an upgrade as it was a little worn out.
Also extra TP should be in the bathroom as we didn’t use the housekeeping service.
Would stay here again. The costumer servicr was really remarkable! "
