"The staff were fantastic - all super friendly and helpful; rooms spacious and clean, nice products in the bathrooms; amazing views from rooms and the bar and restaurant and breakfast! All round excellent stay and will stay again! "

"Our deluxe room felt more like a bunker in the basement. Really not what we expected for the price. The bathroom in the room had no door, offering absolutely no privacy. To top things off, my partner suffered food poisoning. Avoid."

"Good location and having a car park (albeit at a cost) is a boon but the beds gave both my wife and I terribly bad backs (for the second time, as we stayed here a year ago and figured maybe it was a one off) Also, the free WiFi was abysmal, when you could connect (which wasn’t very often) it was terribly slow and failed to load even the simplest of sites. The shower kept alternating between cold and boiling as you showered which wasn’t good and the heated towel rail meant the bathroom was constantly boiling. All in all it could be good with some improvements but as it stands we won’t be going back. "
