We had a clean room and was comfortable the breakfast could have been a little better but over all it was nice.

Just ok

Beds are uncomfortable and we kept feeling like we could flip the mattress as it moved so much. Had to go to another building to get enough towels. Washer was broken. The lady checking us in had rotten teeth (ewww). It’s ok, but won’t stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Dear guest, Thank you for your personal account of your stay with us. We are sorry that you found your experience while staying with us to be negative. We did replace 50% of our mattresses last year and will be completing the remainder of our rooms this year. I apologize that you found your bed to be uncomfortable, however as stated above, we are working to correct this. We are also a multiple building property and unfortunately do not have offices in each building. If you needed additional products, I wish you would have contacted the front desk, they would have ran them right over to you. Thank you for your 'ok!' Hoping the rest of your travels are problem free!

Disappointing

This was a major bust, we stayed in a two room suite the night before at a different chain and it was night and day different. Noise was a major issue, the spacing was small and only one bathroom. Bathroom was tiny, and building had a definite odor. The check in person didn't seem to know where our room was so went to wrong building. Breakfast area was tiny. Would not stay again.

Our intentions are that all of our guests leave satisfied and feeling that they had a comfortable and friendly experience while with us. We are a limited service brand and therefore our complimentary hot breakfast is served in a smaller breakfast area, mainly because all of our suites do have a full kitchen with table and seating. Our two bedroom suites do only have one bathroom, you are correct. I again am sorry that did not meet your needs. Maybe now that you're more familiar with our brand and our offerings, you will be more satisfied with your experience next time you stay with us!

They have cookies at check in! The room was fairly clean, the doors and cabinets are all loose

Shabby not chic

Our thin wooden door had a one inch gap at the top. The room was deep down grubby and there were dead bugs in the lights.

The two room suite was perfect for myself my husband and three kids. Finally found a place where one kid didn't have to sleep on the floor
