A little too average to stay againPosted Jan 30, 2017 on Hotels
Great location, but this Riad has seen better days. The "indoor pool" was a splash pool and was closed. We had glass missing from our window which made for a very cold night, especially as the portable electric heater stopped working. Eating in was expensive although the food was good. To be honest I won't be back, but if you're looking for a cheaper experience in a traditional Riad during the warmer months, this might suit you well. It was also pretty noisy, but then that was probably the people trying to drunkenly get into our room at midnight!
A great disappointment. Avoid this place !Posted Jan 24, 2017 on Hotels
A beautiful riad in an excellent location but customer service is severely lacking. In January there was very little attempt to warm the freeing communal area and we ate a tasty but very pricey meal (our costliest in Morocco at 165 Dh each) in our coats. In the morning, the ambiance at the sparse spread (bread, butter, jam, 1 small pancake) was just as bleak. When we invoked the "the cooked to order breakfast" (promised on the website) a fried egg was grudgingly supplied Our plain room, accessed by steep stairs, with very basic en-suite and maintenance issues, had a welcome heater which made it a more comfortable option. The advertised "indoor pool and spa" were not available. All transactions were carefully calculated to the detriment of the guest (priced in euros and converted at a poor rate).

Large roomsPosted Apr 14, 2013 on Hotels
This riad is in a good location right down the street from the two main shopping streets... It is not in the medina. We were disappointed with the final price as they charged us a lot for our return tAxi to the airport! This riad worked in euros which made the riad more expensive anyway. Lovely rooms, but you could hear every word from all ends of the riad... Something to consider I you have children. They have a meal option and we were offered massage as well. The meal was 19euros, which is outrageous considering you could dine out for less than half this. Overall nice place to stay but a little expensive.

絶好のロケーションPosted May 7, 2011 on Hotels
