Steps into property very steep, the description included 'wheelchair accessible parking', Fine if you planned to stay in the car throughout your stay.
No COVID precautious, we weren't required to book in or show any identification/HES code.No antibac gel anywhere, no temperature checks, no masks.
At breakfast despite one guest mentioning she had an allergy to chilli and pepper, got omelette full of chilli. We complained,it was replaced with a partially fried egg which had been cooked in the same pan as the omelette. The food was totally eclipsed by the 'waiter' SPITTING ON THE CUTLERY TO POLISH IT, in full view!!
The whole place was run down and tired, everything was broken, torn or stained, the photos are v misleading.
It is nowhere near the beach unless you are a paraglider. The restaurant bar/lounge is a large barn that overlooks the building works, the relaxing sound of dropped scaffold poles adds to the ambience. Whilst lying by the pool, the builders from next door were in and out of the garden staring at us.
At lunchtime we asked for a menu and were told there wasn't one, we could say what we wanted and they would cook it. 2hrs to make a chicken salad! No sugar free drinks on site and too much trouble to get some.
Poolside bar was being used as a dump, and no snack bar. 'Seaview' was from the front door of your room, no TV in the rooms, no safe, bedlinen was dirty, mattresses stained. Toiletries were half used.
Couldn't find anywhere nearby but left asap next day.
