What a wonderful hotel and location. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. They had working AC unlike many other 4 to 5 star hotels we were at in Italy. The beds were actually soft! They even had TV in English. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, but still tucked away to feel private and secure. We loved this hotel and Parma so much we are already planning another trip to both. The only issue I had is the top cover sheet on the bed was sprayed with a fragrance. It was nice but I have allergies so I removed it while we were there. If you have bad allergies I'm sure you could request in advance not to have scents sprayed in your room. Mark this one in your favorites as I am certain you will feel the same as I do.

Nice little hotel
Amazing location in a beautiful building, in a great city. The bedrooms in the suite were spacious, but the bathroom wasn't great, and the mattresses and bedding were uncomfortable. Pretty pared back service but it was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was useful but it was hard to access things in the car if we needed them. No overnight reception desk.

Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a historic palazzo which has been partially converted to rooms for short and longer stays. Our room came fully outfitted with a mini kitchen, two burners, dishes, pots and pans, etc which we weren’t expecting. Our room was furnished with antiques so the overall decor was dated. The lobby on the other hand is modern so a real mix of old and new. The front desk staff is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Parking can be by valet or self park in a garage. We chose valet as the narrow streets are difficult to navigate. Be prepared for weak and spotty wifi at the hotel and in other parts of Parma.

The service was absolutely amazing with warm welcome from the lady at the reception and valet parking. The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful historical design. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Cathedral Square yet quiet. Taking the breakfast with the Baptistery view was also very enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is truly ideal. It was centrally located and easy to find. The staff was over-the-top amazing. They were all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were able to book us a last-minute tour of the region which was really incredible. I would recommend this highly as I will definitely stay here again. Bravo!!

We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath suite and it was fantastic! The reception staff were also very friendly and efficient. This was the middle of our trip, so nice to have more space and a laundry machine. The location is very central with easy walking access to everything. The driving directions provided were a big help. If you leave on a Sunday be aware of the streets closed fir the merchants.

Unbeatable location
Unbeatable location! The property is stunning although the apartment we stayed in was quite simple. For the overall level of the property and the price I would have expected a coffee machine and some coffee (a small Nespresso machine and few capsules like every other place we stayed).

One night in Parma
We stayed for one night at this beautiful hotel in Parma. We had a suite in the Palazzo: very large, beautiful decoration, very comfortable. The hotel personnel (Mattia, Desiree) was very corteous and gave us clear directions for arrival. The location of this hotel is the best, next to the Duomo and the Battisterio, in the center of Parma, close to many good shops and restaurants. We plan to return to Parma and will definitely stay in the Palazzo again.

The hotel is located next to the Dumo. It has a beautiful view. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room is well clean and functional. The breakfast is delicious. Our family enjoyed the stay vety much.
