“I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold.”

“The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful ”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Wheatsheaf , West Beckham, very much, and would happily return. Everywhere was very clean with provisions like hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. The television reception was not good but I think that this may be common in North Norfolk as the signal is spasmodic. The only real reason for not giving 5 stars, is due to the very small sink in the en-suite. Very good breakfast and plentiful. Many thanks.”

“Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. There are lovely walks to be had around the site and the coast is around a 30 minute drive. We had a delicious homemade pizza from the……

“We really enjoyed our visit. The only thing we could say is the bed in room 103 could do with replacing, quite uncomfortable. The bathroom should be updated, along with a new bed would make the room excellent. The food we found to very good and overall we will definitely recommend The Black Boys hotel, thank you.”

“Clean room, good car park - would stay again. Only criticism was that the superior room I was upgraded to had 2 beds stuck together, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.”
