Terrible motel.never been renovated.dirty carpet.should have more no smoking rooms.

Accessible rooms not really accessible for wheelchair users. Had to remove knobs off dresser to get to the bathroom. Bathroom looked like it had been flooded at some time. Rooms next to busy road for large trucks. Staff was very nice but rooms could use some work.

When my grandson arrived he was told they needed a $100.00 deposit. Contacted Hotels.com to cancel, they called the motel and I was told the deposit would be refunded when he checked out. So I called the Days Inn Fife to give her my credit card number and the desk clerk told me she had already cancelled the reservation and hung up on me. She needs help with her customer service skills.

my stay was not great breakfast choice was great except some bacon or sausage would behelpful, room was comfortable, location had homeless people coming on property no security feel unsafe but overall courteous friendly staff

The receptionist at front desk was rude. Had bed bugs in two of our rooms.

Good service but tired looking hotel

Pros: Service
Cons: Facility needs an upgrade
Location: I well situated for Tacoma dome, casino etc.
Stayed 2 nights while at local event. Breakfast offering was not great....juice was empty, only cold boiled eggs and self made waffles. Returned to room after event, around 7pm and room had not been made up. Called for fresh towels (bed had not been made) and received heartfelt apologies.

All the basics. Comfortable. Seemed like some seedy characters were either staying there or hanging around there. It's a shame because the hotel itself was good.

Hotel was in a bad area people partying all night knocking on doors could not sleep

Terrible service and old and outdated

Hotel was very dirty, staff didn't help with anything. Very old and outdated hotel. Free breakfast was not only gross but they kept running out of everything no cups/lids/plates. The only plus I can say is the area wasn't so bad, but everything else was terrible! DONT STAY HERE! I had several issues and front desk staff were no help
