Good service but tired looking hotel

Pros: Service
Cons: Facility needs an upgrade
Location: I well situated for Tacoma dome, casino etc.
Stayed 2 nights while at local event. Breakfast offering was not great....juice was empty, only cold boiled eggs and self made waffles. Returned to room after event, around 7pm and room had not been made up. Called for fresh towels (bed had not been made) and received heartfelt apologies.

Hotel was in a bad area people partying all night knocking on doors could not sleep

Needs A Serious Overhaul

Pros: We were greeted by two very wonderful frontdesk gals upon check in and check out.
Cons: A lot could be improved. This Days Inn is in need of a major overhaul. New curtains, paint, flooring throughout, new fixtures are needed.
Location: Location was directly across the street from the New Emerald Queen Casino. The new casino was nothing to write home about, ended up driving to the old
We were greeted with smiles and the staff was nothing but gracious and kind. The room we had felt very old and stuffy. This Days Inn definitely needs an overhaul - new curtains, carpet or laminate, new paint and fixtures are needed. Wyndam needs to upgrade this facility badly. Will not be staying here again.

nice close to the highway

Pros: easy to find
Cons: need a pool to relax
Location: stores and highway and restaurants nearby
OK not great but adequate a little noisy from fire works going off throughout the day and night.

We're sorry that the noise of fireworks was an inconvenience, but that is fairly unique to the July 4th celebrations! Although we don't have a pool, we do have other entertaining amenities and options like our free breakfast to help our guests get the most out of their stay. decent location - across street from emerald queen casino. breakfast was okay if you like cereal, waffles, toast, hard boiled eggs and/or yogurt. desk personnel were friendly and helpful - best part of the place. room was okay - clean, but well worn. bed was comfortable.

They put a charge on my credit card that shouldn't be there AFTER they charged for the room. The grounds were filthy! When I tried to talk to someone about the charge on my card I got the run around. Never again worst Days Inn I've ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and go a few miles further to Federal Way that Days Inn is far nicer.

Nice Jacuzzi Suite

Overall a very nice motel. Parking was a little tight and when we got in the room, the TV didnt work. The front desk came and tried but no avail. I wound up fixing it myself. The breakfast bar lacked in selection so there is room for improvement. Location is great. Close to eateries and shopping and right off the Interstate.

Fife Days Inn

Checking in was a breeze. I feel like they may House a lot of low income folks?? Room was in poor shape and had no full pillows for a king size bed. In room coffee maker was bad. Towel rack barely hanging on wall. No smoking room with stench of smoke. Cigarettes burn on counters and bathtub.
