Its pleasent peace and quite.

We had a great time .. We got there check in was easy breakfast in the morning oatmeal ,muffins ,coffe hot waterfor hor cocoa. We stood there 3 days we loved our stay. Also se slept in a king size Bed nice t.v with cable ..no complaints what so ever defintely recommend this hotel.

Staff awakened me at 1:00am to say a card on file didn't work. Was not my card they were trying to use. Duh someone else's card isn't going to work. But had to go down to the desk and resolve in the middle of the night

OK but not great

Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, and staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous.
Cons: Biggest gripe was the 100% lack of everything for the kitchen.
Location: Nothing close (after all, it is at the Port of Tacoma), but Tacoma proper is only about 15 minutes away.
Not what I have always found at an extended stay. Biggest gripe was the 100% lack of everything for the kitchen. The kitchen is the reason I use Extended Stay rooms, so that I don't have to go out for meals unless I want to. But this one had nothing, not a knife, not a fork, or spoon, nor a mug, nor a plate, nor a pot. Nothing. And no explanation either. Perhaps they had stuff available upon request, or for rental, if so there should have been a note to that effect, but I have never stayed at an extended stay where there was absolutely nothing.

Horrible Hotel , old, no facilities, looks dirty.

The hotel it's not comfortable , has no services, the breakfast is awful it's a shame. Everything is old .

Disappointed

Check in was easy, lady at the front desk was friendly. That was all that was good about it. Our room did not have any toiletries and when we called the front desk they told us they were out of them. Our sink didn't drain. We needed towels and when contacted the front desk we were told we had to go get them. I don't recommend this hotel

Dirty! Don't do it!

Outside of hotel was so smelly, like a sewer so ran inside only to be met with cigarette smell and smoke in stairwell. Room had huge stains on floor and bedspread. Dust and hair in balls all over room. Bed worn so sunk in the middle. Horrible room and horrible stay. Lucky they weren't at the front desk when we left at dawn or I would have given them an earful

Nothing is provided in the room including standard items like plastic cups and blowdrier, nevermind extras like kitchen equipment for the kitchenette. The room was in disrepair. Truck traffic from the Port of Tacoma near by makes it impossible to get anywhere without being stuck in a traffic jam.

Close to the Dome

Pros: I like having a kitchen area, so I can bring dinner and have it in the room.
Cons: Making sure the rooms are ready when you check in. It was a huge inconvenience to have to wait over a half hour to get into our rooms.
Location: It's close to the Dome and casino.
I have stayed at this facility in the past, and it is a good hotel for the price. I stayed here with friends to attend a concert at the Tacoma Dome. It is a quick drive and you are there. I was unhappy with our check in. The desk attendant was very pleasant and apologetic, but when we arrived at 5pm, both our rooms were not cleaned or ready and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get into our rooms and that pushed us back on time to get to the concert. Check in time was 3pm, so 2 hours later at 5pm our rooms still weren't ready. It was a huge inconvenience.
