Blood or dog poop stains on floor and odor

The room had stains all over the floor that appeared to be blood or dog poop. The whole place smells of smoke. The floors were sticky. The poor staff at the front desk needs help. The same lady that checked us in at 5pm was there at 10 am when we left! The new guy needs some more training and support. He is very friendly but needs more training seems like he was thrown into the job. Worst Extended Stay I have ever stayed at.

Love this place!!

I had a very nice time at thid property in Fife. The employees at the desk always are very talkative abd out going. The place is very nice and well kept and the price??? One of the best every week. Love it.....Benjamin Warren

When I first checked in I was offered a special weekly deal in exchange for providing my password to Hotels.com. I thought that was weird but was willing for the great deal as I am in-between moving. Today, I had to pay the pet fee again even tho the night before I had paid it and filled out the form with Michelle and the co-worker with her. In addition, my phone was broken and they should fix it for room 307. overall, comfortable place and especially the bed.

This hotel will rebook your room

I paid for my reservation about 10 o'clock in the morning on Saturday I show up about 1:30am the already re-sold my reservation The gal of the front desk said : sorry no rooms available) ..their excuse was that I show up after midnight .. terrible I never got to see the room but I had to submit a review on their room and the cleaning this because that's the only way that I can submit my review

Ok - good for the price

For the price it is a good deal. But, although there is a lot of signage to not smoke - especially marijuana it still smells like smoke and marijuana in the elevator and the halls. The room was fine and didn't smell. The full size fridge and freezer was great but the breakfast was gone by the time I got downstairs at 9:50am and there is no ice machine - but there are ice cube trays you can use in your freezer. The hotel is right by the highway and is noisy outside and there was this ringing sound that just doesn't stop - not at 2am on a Saturday night, not at 11am on a Sunday so I'm not sure what it is. But in your room it's quite.
