Room size and furniture was not as nice as pictured on website, uncomfortable furniture and can hear neighboring rooms too easily.

exterior is outdated, loud, gap in the door, locks not sufficient, people smoking right outside the doors and because of the large gap I could smell smoke in my room.

NOISY Stay

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Customer service at check-in/out, room appearance, and security.
Carelessly cared for rooms and extremely noisy as this hotel is located beside two busy highways! The heater was also extremely noisy and somewhat questionable guests were hanging out smoking on the balcony walkway in front of our NON-SMOKING room. I will never stay there again.

Stayed overnight for a concert at the Tacoma Dome, staff was friendly and helpful at check in and the room was great

Convenient location. Just fine for a night.

Pros: Breakfast was good!
Cons: More insulation for the rooms along the road. Our room was very noisy.
The hotel was all we needed to spend a night. Our room was along the main road and was very noisy, both from traffic and from roadwork, read: jackhammer. But that was just that one night I'm sure. The breakfast room had a plentiful variety of things to eat and drink and all included in the room price. Overall: a place I'd stay again and would recommend.

Nice Hotel

There was metal bars sticking out from between the box spring and wood, other than that it was a pleasant stay

Not so much fragrances. Some people have allergies. Turn off all alarms preset on clocks.
