The property is outdated and the staff are not particularly interested in the guests. Went there for the swim up pool bar (looks great in the pics on Internet). Pool bar wasn't open. Limited dining choice and the meals are basic at best. Room was "nice" but needs maintenance and upgrade. Upon departure, had to arrange to get our own luggage up the steep hill to reception as 'no one was available'. . Would not reccomend as a place to stay.

I didn't like the service when dealing with laundry. I didn't like the pool because it was unsafe while swimming. We didn't get towels for the stay. The whole hotel looked dull and dead.

It is great location but property is not maintained at the great level. The Spa was not working. There is no toilet roll sproved everyday. Had to rewuest everday. The Resort doens't have good WIFI which makes hard for viistors to communicate or order or organize things while overseas.

The dirtiest hotel in the world!
All the bed sheets, room, bathroom, closet, glasses and mugs were very dirty! The floor was not vacuumed and neither mopped! The fridge was super dirty! We even found a cake paper from the previous guests in the closet!!

The Pool and Bar restaurant was so like a 5min walk down from where we were . It was very tiring trying to walk back up the mountain hill after dinner just to get back to our hotel rooms. I think the location of pool restaurant n bar should least be halfway not all the way to.the bottom. Didnt enjoy my sleep the aor con disnt work there was so many insecets and frog everywhere

Facilities a bit ran down but to be fair it's not a 4 star property. So, you get what you paid for. Friendly staff. Overall, me and my family are happy.

Convenient location for walking to Vuda Marina. Nice large swimming pool, with views out to sea. Cleaning and maintenance of the rooms definitely need more attention. Towels, face cloths & bath mats seemed in short supply…..they were taken for washing (often unnecessarily!) mid morning….but no towels, etc were returned until evening!

The entire stay was relaxing and fun, The staff could use some training and experience to assist guest respectfully. There was issue with Hot water and house keeping supplies for towels and amenities. Overall if you are laid back and there to enjoy it a great location. Island tours during the day was an issue, they sold me a day tour to malamala Island which come to find out was closed, lack of logistic and communication left me with a entire day wasted on an island that i had already done. Lucky i was able to get my refund. I encourage the staffs to respect and value each guest time as some are there for vacation. My overall experience was great just some hiccups that I was ok with.

The Anchorage was so picturesque and the view of the ocean and sunset everynight was so peaceful. The pool was really big too. Restaurant and bar did a good job. More options on the menu would be good. The only thing was they need a hand rail where you get into the pool and the safe in the room wasn't working. We are planning to go back next year. Bula!

Don't book the cheapest room, I had a spa room with Garen views, I was stuck at the very top with a basic room that really needed an update. The walk to the bar is very steep (if you ask reception they will drive you up and down). The other rooms looked good, they said they were full so I couldn't upgrade.

My family and I can not fault the staff. From the time we arrived right up to that day we left they made us all feel welcomed and apart of their whanau. We will never forget there hospitality that they gave us. As for the property the owner needs to spend some money into his investment. I noticed around the pool could do with a really good water blast to remove the green, the pool tiles were coming off while we were swimming. The bar hut roof needs fixing. My bathroom and my Sister inlaws bathroom had black mold on the roof and in the showers. The hand base taps had no hot water coming out of them. The lounge beds on the water front could do with a was or a change full of stains. but overall totally loved the vibe and the Staff. I would totally come back again

We had to wait for more than an hour to get our room. We booked one room but were given a 2 bedroom apartment. No welcome on arrival. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, big and small, Sheets were not up to standard. Reception told us to wait at restaurant and the staff there would guide us to our room once ready. However, we had to come back to reception to pick up the key and told to drive to apartment 412 which was no where near to the restaurant. They told us lies. The restaurant staff were very friendly but the menu was very limited to vegetarian guests. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

The People are very lovely, location great for boat to beachcomber, nice restaurant view Unfortunately we must have got a bad room, we did book a cheap one but the shower water went throughout the whole room due to the cracks in the bath/wall? We also only got given 2 towels in the whole room and not till 8pm which we then had to sacrifice to mop up some of the water. We had to unscrew the room light bulb as it didn't turn off fully. We could hear the room next to us all night even their snoring. Anyway im just we just got unlucky the other rooms seemed okay

The jetted tub room we got was close to the beach but the tub was in poor condition and did not work. Termites are eating away at wooden bathroom fixtures. Property is not being maintained. Mold around shower edges, Shower handle and fixture was broken. Shower glass cracked. Main entrance door needs work, one can see through the edges around the door. Needs a lot of work to bring it back up to at least a 3 star standard. Service and staff were great, sliding doors to the room needs work, very difficult to open and close. We stayed in room 311.
