Beautiful staff, awesome viewsPosted Nov 19, 2015
Pros: Clean and had everything you needed without been cluttered
Cons: Air conditioning could be quieter. More variety at treetop would be nice.
Location: Anything you wanted really, fishing trips, snorkelling , motorised water sports etc
Easy going days, water crystal clear, lunch menu my favourite big selection and fast service. Well done keeping kids out of adult pool not like castaway adults ignore sign. Wait till they are kids free.

Great bure on the beachPosted Nov 16, 2015
Cons: Cant really - the food and beverages were well prices and great choice except the Seafood dinner for 2 which was over cooked and sub standard .
Location: Lots of water activities and the staff have daily games for the kids not that we saw many as they were in play school
We were thrilled with our bure which was right on the beach and the furnishings were very modern and stylish . We noted lots of little details ..luxury size amenities lots of towels. Luxury sheet thread count .The day beds were comfortable and so was the king size bed . The hammock was divine although it did get a lot of exposure to the sun . The employees were amazing .

Resort Management / staff lied to usPosted Sep 9, 2015
Pros: I liked most things about this hotel
Cons: on arrival could have done with out the fast paced ,scripted ramble about the resort .We had been travelling all day & just wanted to get to sleep.
Enjoyed most of the experience apart from the very end when management repeatedly tried to convince us to take the earlier ferry to the mainland . Our flight was not until the evening ,we hoped to spend a few extra hours on the beach .not at the airport lounge and the Port. After a number of attempts to convince us to take the earlier ferry , they lied to us and told us that the later ferry was cancelled hence we had no choice but to leave . We discovered this was a lie as we were still at the Port when the ferry we wanted to catch arrived on its scheduled time.

Great Family EscapePosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Definatley the beach bar.
Cons: Serving breakfast at the beach bar.
Location: On Mololo Island. All island activities you can think of were provided or could be organised through other companies.
Very warm welcome on arrival. Facilities were great, family restaurant, adult only restaurant and beach bar/cafe, two pools. Accommodation was private, modern and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. Activities included, free kids club, snorkelling and sea kayaking / paddle boarding. Optional extras were mini catamarans, diving, offshore diving, turtle viewing, deep sea fishing, village tours, visits to nearby resorts (Plantation Island). Inclusive meal deal was over priced, better to have breakfast at the restaurant followed by meals at the beach bar. Fogging of mosquitoes occurred twice a day- kept mosquitoes at bay. Very relaxing atmosphere and location. Already planning the return visit.

Island ParadisePosted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff great buildings in a beautiful setting. Great for kids- avoid if you want a romantic couples getaway there are plenty of adult islands!
Cons: Food could be better, a fitness centre would be useful- it is hard to exercise and not everyone wants to go a whole week without doing any exercise.
Location: Tropical island best activities are snorkelling and diving.
Great facilities in a perfect setting. It is ideal for beach, pool and water activities. Sailing and snorkelling are a highlight with twice daily boat trips to nearby snorkelling sights and daily dive trips. The food is good but not great but the friendliness of the staff is amazing. Top Tip- do not get the meal package unless you are a really really big eater.

Clean water and beautiful viewPosted Jul 4, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: The feeling of being away from it all in a beautiful location
Location: The location is so lovely, you don't need to go anywhere. Many water activities and boat trips are on offer for those who want them.
This is a great family holiday destination, with something for everyone to enjoy

We'll be back!Posted May 31, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: See above
Cons: Pool area well maintained - small compared to some mainland resorts. Split into adults only area with spa/swim up bar, above kids partly shaded pool.
Location: First stop on Island transfer from mainland and last on way back, so quick boat transfers from Port Denarau. See above for activities.
Traditional welcoming on arrival, with staff transferring our luggage all the way from the Catarmaran transfer to the Malolo Island boat, to the shore. Three choices of dining venues for dinner, two for lunch and one for breakfast. Mostly we ate a late breakfast then had dinner. Resort is SSW facing, so nice view of sunset each day off to the right of the beach, with no sun heating up the bures all morning/afternoon, as with East or West facing resorts. Lovely breeze along the beachfront each day. One day of strong winds, resulting in no sailing that day but otherwise no problem. All non-motorised water sports free, so took out snorkelling gear to use off the resort beachfront. Beautiful fish, sea stars, coral just 3 metres off beach. Also took snorkelling trips guided by resort staff. Fantastic! Kayaking and hobicat sailing right off the beachfront. All equipment fairly new and well maintained. Would have checked out scuba sights but one of our party had a head cold. Still saw heaps just snorkelling. Others went diving, parasailing and surfing, organised by resort staff. Great hill to climb behind resort for short but effective heart starter...think of calories burned... Happy hour each day from 5:30-6:30pm. Kids Club for 4 to 12 years, with a separate 'hangout' area for 13-17s which included big screen TV, bean bags, pingpong, chess. Baby sitters popular. Staff all warm and friendly. Great casual atmosphere. Aussies, Kiwis, SE Asia and US all staying, but mostly Aussies.
