“This lodge worked out perfectly only 20 to Heathrow Free parking and cooked to order breakfast plus cereal granola yogurt fruit coffee machine The room was spotless and lovely bedding comfortable too! There was tea making pot tv a fan too! Jay the manager was very helpful and friendly!!”

“Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed……

“My bijou little room was on the first floor of the inn (as opposed to some rooms they have in separate buildings). Quite a nice little room but no view and I had to climb onto the bed to open the velux window. When I opened the bathroom window I had unfortunate cooking smells from the kitchen extractor which was a few feet away, so I only opened it outside meal times. There was no information in the room so I had to wait until the morning to get the WiFi code - I think this should have been……

“Lovely rooms. Gorgeous garden. Such an authentic experience staying above a pub. We felt part of the village by the end of our stay! Sam and her husband were incredible hosts and his food was exceptionally good! We’d go out of our way to stay here again.”

“This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Expedia listed the square footage of the room as 560 ft.² but the room was probably less than 100 sq ft. It was false advertising and I was very upset. I reported it to the man who worked there and he said he was contacting Expedia about it but nothing was done about it and he never called me back. Also, there was no mattress pad on the bed just a sheet. Also in the pictures they show a small grassy area with a picnic table, but that’s only available if you book the garden room. I wasn’t……
